So i purchased a rope chain and a box chain in 2015, a few days before my wedding the spot weld at the start of the rope chain finally let go. I have used and abused these chains for 10 years, never showered with them or took them swimming and they have stood the test of time. When you manipulate the rope chain you can see where the chain has been rubbing for years but as it lays you cannot see any issues. Luckily i still had the original box and the company was willing to work with me. I would say the only “negative” would be that the warranty is based on availability and stock so unfortunately after 10 years they don't carry the same length chain i purchased. In my opinion thats such a minor issue as the cost was so minimal compared to 10 years of almost daily wearing. They were happy to send me a replacement and based on my experience i will be adding to my collection from this company. Key tips for a smooth warranty claim would be have your authenticity card. The box it originally came in and a receipt from purchase which all conveniently fit in the box that the items come in. I would and will recommend this company to anyone who doesn't want to wear their solid gold going out or heading to another country. The product is top quality and i cant wait to order more.

POORLY MADE-I have purchased 3 bracelets and a couple of necklaces. One bracelet I gave to my son and the bracelet kept falling off, I was going to send it back to replace, but then it fell off and he lost it. I have since replaced it, had it for a few days and has fallen off twice, the clasp is too flimsy for the weight of the bracelet. I also gifted same bracelet to my sons friend and he has lost the bracelet as it fell off because of the same reason. I will be returning the bracelet and necklace that I just purchased as this is a manufacturer defect and this is not acceptable. I will lose taxes, handling fees and duties because of this, not to mention the loss of the 2 bracelets.

This company are full of crooks. They have taken my money and because of their mistake of placing the wrong address of their company, they have chosen to hold my money hostage and gave me a gift card on place to make up for the loss of my money and or my items. Stay away from "The gold gods" there are many bad reviews on this company, everyone should listen to them and not order from this terrible company. Go to GLD.COM way better treatment, better quality jewelry, and have the ability to fix things with now issues, with actual customer service. STAY AWAY FROM THE GOLD GODS!!

My chain snapped and they had a replacement sent out to me immediately. Their lifetime warranty is top notch. They also respond fast and are super nice. All my gold jewelry comes from them. Thank you gold gods!

I have ordered several 18k gold plated chains, and each one has been high quality and just as described. Between my son and husband, the chains have been through a lot, and there has been minimal (if any) fading. When the clasps broke on two of my chains after a few years of wear, their customer service team helped me get them replaced under their lifetime warranties.

There customer service, emailing back with responses was great. They offer military discount, great to hear. I ordered a 14K Yellow Gold Solid Figaro. It came in a great looking Gold Gods Gold box. Simple and secure packaging with signature required. I like that very much. I was skeptical to purchase an expense item online. There customer service made everything easy to do. Good customer service

The Gold Gods customer service and response time was excellent, I sent a e-mail on Sunday night regarding the size of my bracelet and that it was to big. I received a response first thing Monday morning stating that I send it back and they would send me a new (7.5"Bracelet) I received my new bracelet the following Tuesday. I would highly recommend the gold gods and continue to refer them to others.

First interaction with Gold Godz. Product was great quality but even more impressive was the support team. Jed and Alan were WONDERFUL in their services. Both were quick in responding, communicated very well, were courteous, and actually got the situation resolved. Very impressed with the product and company but specially that support team of Jed and Alan! 5 stars. Will return!

I’ve been a loyal customer of Gold Gods for years and have always loved their products and service. I recently had an issue with a bracelet I ordered for my girlfriend’s birthday—it came in too small. Please do your research and look at reviews outside of their network. This company is scamming and robbing people blind by selling fake, falsely advertised, poorly crafted garbage under the guise of high quality jewelry.

Their customer service is a joke and is almost certainly how they avoid most of the refunds their “lifetime warranty” promises.

This company should be sued and shut down. I will be going to the fullest extent of the law to make right the thousands they stole from me.
