I tried using the black tapes, but they were too itchy for my skin. I then switched to the transparent ones, which only worked for a few days. Unfortunately, my skin is very sensitive, and I kept getting pimples on my nose, so I couldn’t even complete the three‑month treatment.

I also didn’t realise I was subscribed to receive a new order every three months, and I missed the 72‑hour notification email — that was my mistake. However, after the first quick reply from customer service informing me that the $155 would not be refunded, they stopped responding altogether.

I asked if I could return the tapes at my own cost through the post office so I could at least recover part of the money, but again, no reply. I truly hope that $150 makes a meaningful difference to the company.

Extremely disappointing experience. The company states that shipping confirmation and tracking details will be provided within 24–48 hours, yet this was not delivered.

What is most unacceptable is the complete lack of response from customer service. I reached out regarding my order status and received no reply whatsoever. No acknowledgment, no update, and no communication at all.

There has been no effort to respond or provide any information, despite a clear customer enquiry.

Amazing responsive customer service team

Good communication via email. Customer service staff is polite and responses within 24 hours. My son uses black strips which helps him breath through his nose instead of mouth.
Highly recommendable for anyone having sleep problem or breathing through their mouth only.
Especially good for children as breathing through their nose could affect their brain health or growth.

The nose tapes work really well, and I use them every day. When there was an issue with one of the deliveries, the customer support team sorted it out in a friendly and efficient way, and sent a replacement. Pleasure doing business with them

Great product, I've tried a few different ones and these perform the best. Customer service is great as well, I'd ordered a particular type that weren't suited for me and they were swapped out no problems.
