Excellent customer service and prompt delivery. All other online retailers should take note . Based on the service I have received I will always purchase from them if they stock the item I required.

We've just bought the Napoleon Prestige Pro 825 from The BBQ Shop. We visited the store twice and deal with Matt Perfett who was very professional, knowledgeable and friendly. He gave us a good deal and the product arrived on time and the delivery drivers were excellent in putting the large BBQ exactly where we wanted it, even though it was difficult to navigate the steep paths and many bushes. We would thoroughly recommend the BBQ Shop - their customer service is excellent. Although we live about 1hour away in West Sussex, we would thoroughly recommend the shop to anyone looking for a BBQ.

Excellent online service and fair price. I ordered online Monday morning at about 10 a. m and then received my order by courier at 8 a.m on the Tuesday. If all British companies were this efficient I would never use Amazon again!

Would like to thank The Gas Centre (and Michael) for excellent customer service and going above and beyond the call of duty when my gas fire never arrived. They immediately apologised, chased the courier company and sorted out a same day delivery. Freezing cold and desperately need the fire - cannot thank them enough!

Excellent service. Emails to confirm order. Phone call to confirm order was being dispatched. Delivery service for a large palletised item was brilliant. Easiest, best transaction I've made in a long time.

These guys are great. Efficient and helpful. Ordered a Napoleon Rogue 525. Delivered within a matter of days. I thought I had a technical fault and emailed them and the y responded the next day and resolved the problem.
Would highly recommend to anyone.

Just like a previous review, I don’t regularly write reviews but the service I encountered was so good it deserves a very positive review.
Spotted a bbq on their store and due to the high demand for bbq’s I thought I would order it whilst it’s in stock. I ordered on Thursday morning hoping to receive it for the bank holiday weekend. Thursday afternoon I received a phone call to inform me it was out for delivery on Friday and it arrived at 9:00am that morning, it doesn’t get better than that!
Fabulous store that I will be recommending and using again.

I don’t usually write reviews but the service from this shop was so good I felt I needed to recognise it in some way. Such friendly and helpful phone service when ordering and they went out of their way to make sure my bbq was delivered before a bank holiday weekend - even sending one of their delivery vans out of the way to make sure it arrived on time. The delivery guys were great too. Dealing with this company really felt like getting a personal, high end service and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend to anyone!

I bought a Broil King bbq during lockdown from the BBQ shop. They were super helpful, providing advice to help me choose the right model. Post sale service has been great. They phoned me to keep me up to date and when my order was delayed due to manufacturer delivery delays even provided a complimentary bottle of gas. Fantastic customer service experience.

The BBQ arrived fairly promptly after ordering - there was, unfortunately, some damage. Within half-hour of me reporting this they responded and were friendly and very helpful with rectifying it.

We bought our fire on the reviews made by other people and so glad we did. We have had exceptional service from The Gas centre. We did have an initial problem with the fire, nothing to do with the Gas centre and I have to say nothing was too much trouble. Fast replies, no excuses because of covid or Christmas, so nice to fine a company that give great customer service. Thank you so much.

What an excellent company. Ordered a heater for my daughter and I knew from the first contact that I made by phone that this was a first class company. Matt was everything you could wish for ...and more ! Knowledgeable, professional and genuinely a pleasure to talk to. Ordered a calor gas fire . The service and delivery time was excellent. There was a problem with our order, however this was sorted by Matt very swiftly and professionally. Communication was superb and very refreshing. Would definitely use this company again so good to have 'good old fashioned service' !

Fantastic advice and help from Andy in store with my existing Broil King. Managed to get two replacement parts under warranty, helped with advice on fitting them too. Andy has great knowledge of accessories and all manufacturers and its refreshing to receive such a personal service.

We visited the shop for some advice regarding The Big Green Egg. It was clear from the outset the team were extremely knowledgeable in the products and gave expert advice factoring in our personal requirements. We were so impressed we ordered within 24 hours and the goods were delivered by their own personal delivery team within 2 working days. Delivery service was just as impressive. Outstanding service, friendly and honest.

First time I’ve used The BBQ Shop & would highly recommend. Have owned 2 Broil King BBQ’s over the last 15 years and loved them, but both have suffered the same fate (rusting burner tubes) Was contemplating a change to a Napoleon Rouge 425, but had a couple of questions that weren’t clear from the website. Called & spoke with Michael, who was great. Very knowledgable on both Napoleon & Broil King. He threw a spanner in the works by advising me Broil King now have stainless steel burners & in his opinion had better heat distribution. He recommend the Baron 440, as couldn’t speak highly enough of it & even offered a free cover. Ordered on Wednesday evening & delivered Friday afternoon. Built on Saturday morning in about 2 1/2 hours (wouldn’t recommend a box of Red wine the night before building) Like my previous Signet 320, well engineered, but just a better build quality.
Absolutely love this BBQ & have used every day for the last week & it’s not disappointed. Whipping up steaks perfectly seared medium/rare in about 3 min, then 5 min resting.
Would highly recommend both it & The BBQ Shop.
