9 Day completed and would highly recommend. Feel great and slept the best I have in years. Like the way the deliveries are split into 3 to keep things fresh and help with fridge space. Shifted a good few stubborn pounds. Will do again after the summer.

Good juicing experience. Simple ordering process with free DPD morning delivery. Started cleansing the day they arrived. Juices themselves all taste great and after a 5 daycleanse managed to lose weight and felt great. Highly recommended

I bought two bottles. A tonic bottle and shot bottle 250ml each. They took quite a few days to arrive, and the postage is not cheap. Meanwhile my partner bought a bottle of fresh 'shot' juice from a local shop. It cost less than £5. It may be a day or two older, I won't know as the order from the GE also took days, the earliest delivery available was 4 days from the order. When they arrived, they were tiny. I know the size is given but I did not imagine they were so small. I bought them thinking if they were good I would order again, but honestly, I paid over £36 in total for two tiny bottles of 'shots' that are available in the supermarket for less than £10 for two and 200ml more, fresh pressed, not much difference in ingredients. I have a cold press juice extractor, I'm just not well enough to use it each day atm. Having juiced, cold pressed, for myself many times, the cost of GE bottles is astounding in comparison. I could Juice 3 pint glasses of fresh fruit and veg each day, at less than £3 pd and I didn't buy the veg at bulk prices. I sadly won't be using GE again. The juice is fine, the cost is prohibitive for the amounts and the wait was not acceptable for the postage.

I do not recommend! Juices arrives late despite paying extra for earlier delivery. Poor communication from customer service.

I paid extra for pre 10:30am delivery, juices were not received. They were not received until around 11:30am the next day, this means my fresh juices had been sitting in a warehouse for two days, not the fresh quality I had hoped for. I did contact the company asking if they could contact the courier company to see what happened and was told they would try to find out what happened their end, but never heard back. I asked for them to refund at least the extra I paid for the earlier delivery, still no remedy offered. Extremely frustrating when not only do you plan to do a juice day, but you wait in all day and nothing arrives and the company do not respond.

I am unsure whether it was the company who did not send the package out on time, (as the tracking kept changing saying it was out for delivery but then still with the company), or whether it was the courier's fault, but I would have least expected customer service to contact the courier straight away (given its fresh goods), and let me know what was happening, I would have also expected them to at least offer me my postage back that I paid extra for, as if it is the courier's fault, the company can claim that back off the courier.

This was my first time using the Garden Eatery and the last, I do use other juicing companies and have experienced much better customer experience.

I would not be using again, customer service was poor and the products were not sent on time, and I am out of pocket!

Fresh healthy juices - really gave me a real lift and you can taste the goodness. Looking forward to trying a cleanse

Fantastic juices - great service. Able to understand my needs and tweak the juice recipe accordingly. Meant a lot that I could reach them over the phone. Very prompt morning delivery. Highly recommended

Loved the easy to use website and the fact I could actually speak to them over the phone. Minimalist packaging which is a refreshing change and super fresh tasting juices - so healthy and gave me a real lift. Thank you

Customer service is non-existent. Once you've paid, that's it, no contact.

I opted for the 6-day programme. My first batch had broken glass in it which I hadn't noticed so cut myself. Turns out the small ginger shot glass bottles weren't wrapped individually, there were three of them, quite obvious that they might break off each other, no? Just because you put "fragile" on a parcel doesn’t mean that you shouldn't take extra care packaging it properly. OK, that happens, so I emailed them, only asking for a refund for that one broken bottle, too much to ask? As received no response. So I messaged them again, after trying those "juices" that were pretty thin and tasted of nothing but cucumber. I am a devoted juicer, so I know what to expect. I asked if they could please replace them with smoothies, as apparently you can pick which ones you want, maybe without separating the order, but given the incident, small favour to ask. I also mentioned the broker bottle again. No response.
Had the second batch of those "juices" delivered with no contact made.

Very disappointed. Glad I didn't go for the 10 day programme! Do not recommend.

I absolutely love The Garden Eatery juices , they are so fresh taste amazing and full of goodness and super foods . I have tried many juices delivered to my home , but honestly The Garden Eatery are the best for taste and freshness.
I first ordered the juices when I was suffering with fatigue and brain fog and I noticed a huge difference after the course. I also had the green juices and I am well tonics delivered while my family had Covid. Helped immensely on recovery. Sometimes now I order them just for a quick breakfast on the go if I have a busy week . Can not recommend enough. A fantastic friendly company.

I have been ordering juices from 'The Gardeners' for a few years after researching juice cleanses and falling in love with their Instagram account. After successfully completing a cleanse, I later tried their immunity package which has since become my 'go to' for when I'm feeling run down or generally in need a health boost. Within a day of drinks, my skin is glowing and I feel fantastic.

The ordering process is easy and I love that you can choose your delivery date so you can plan ahead. The package always comes secure with environmentally friendly insulation and if you're completing a cleanse you get a helpful guide to support you through.

On one occasion 2 years ago, one of my wellness shots didn't have a secure lid so there was spill, plus a couple of juices had been missed out. The team dealt with this efficiently and professionally, and I had the replacement items before I was due to consume them. Whilst this was a one off issue, the way the problem was resolved is a testament to what a great team the business are and that's why I continue to order from them. I can't recommend The Garden highly enough.

The quality of the juices is superb and that taste amazing. I've been really impressed with the customer service and ability to make little tweaks to my juice order. I've done several cleanses through The Garden Eatery now and never been disappointed :)

Always happy with the Garden Eatery Juices that arrive at my door perfectly packed. They are delicious and by far my favourite juices and believe me I’ve tried every juicing delivery out there.
