Horrible quality of clothing. Honestly the worst I’ve ever felt in my life. Extremely long shipping time. I would like to return and if they don’t let me return for free I am going to try to get their company shut down or make sure no one ever tries to buy from them

The quality of the shirts were terrible. I like the sayings and the cause, but when I asked to return, the only option was a 50% off next product. No way as the quality is so bad I can't even wear them.

Quality is terrible. Clothes are overpriced for the quality. However, customer service is friendly and responsive. But it costs about $100 to return anything.

Obwohl ich eine Rücksendung veranlasst habe, wurde vom Empfänger die Zollabfertigung nicht erledigt. Aus diesem Grund wurde mein Paket zerstört.
Jetzt sitze ich auf den Kosten.

Ridiculous refund policy!!! They want customers to pay for shipping to China!!!

De bezorging van de trui/hoodie duurde lang, kwaliteit en kleur viel zwaar tegen. Na 1x wassen zijn de letters er af en de trui is helemaal verkleurd!! Ik kan de trui niet 1x dragen en moet het weggooien!! Weggegooid geld dus!! NOOIT MEER!!!

Kleding is van zeer slechte kwaliteit. Als je retour stuurt kost dit €30,- en het pakket komt niet aan. Na maanden werd het weer bij ons bezorgd. Niet hier kopen!!!

De bestelling werd na 3 weken pas afgeleverd.De trui zit er prachtig uit op de foto,maar daadwerkelijk is het zeer slechte kwaliteit;verschikkelijk gekreukt. Miskoop dus. 😐

Don’t buy from this company! Wha I got was nothing like the photo! When I tried to return this sweater they said I have to cover the shipping cost! I ordered an olive green sweater and got some ugly bright green sweater that was super cheap material and nothing like the photo! Do not waste your money!

Do NOT buy anything from this company. It's a scam. The item took over 3 weeks to arrive (from some warehouse in china).
The sweater is NOTHING LIKE THE PHOTO! it's cheap POLYESTER, the green is a dark UGLY CHEAP looking green, its very SCRATCHY and the arms and body are SO SHORT. The side SEAM on one side GOES RIGHT DOWN THE FRONT of the sweater!! There's absolutely ZERO QUALITY CONTROL. When I kindly asked for a refund, Katy said that, "If you'd like to return we'll need you to ship the item back to our warehouse overseas, instead of paying the shipping fee and waiting, we give some customers the option of keeping the original item and providing them with a discount code to purchase another item"
I DONT WABT ANOTHER CHEAP AND CRAPY ITEM! I want my money back. She refused to refund me! Please put your money into another faith-based brand. I FEEL LIKE A SUCKER!!

Buyer beware do NOT order from here. I placed my order on 9/17/25, and it just arrived today 10/18/25. The quality of the items are absolutely terrible-cheap and see-through. Spending over $100 on this company to get terrible quality clothing is terrible. The sweatshirts have that cheap and spongey feel. Do not buy from them.

Dit staat er in de kop van het mailtje op 26 SEPTEMBER het is bijna een maand later en ik heb niks ontvangen! Ik zag de andere beoordelingen te laat helaas

Helaas las ik de reviews net te laat en heb ik 40 euro afgerekend..na een mail aan de klantenservice met al mijn gegevens en de vraag of ze hem wilde annuleren kreeg ik na een paar uur de vraag of ik mijn gevens wilde sturen. Na dirk nogmaals te hebben gedaan vroegen ze daarna naar de ordernummer wat al in de vorige 2 mails zat . Na de 3e mail kreeg ik een mail dat het al was verzonden ..lekker tijd gerekt dus door onzin vragen. Ik reken maar nergens op.

I placed an order with The Fresh Faith after receiving written confirmation directly from the company that the t-shirts were Comfort Colors brand. When I received the order a full month later, drop shipped directly from China, I was shocked to see that nope, they are definitely not Comfort Colors brand, despite being told before purchasing that they were. I’ve never seen shirts/hoodies of this low quality. The sweatshirts and hoodies feel like an odd plastic, the t-shirts are scratchy, and the screen printing is terrible. Additionally, the hoodie was shown on the website as white/cream, but what I received was brown – like baby poop brown. Overall, this was one of the most disappointing purchases I’ve made in a long time -especially because I did the diligence in advance by communicating with the company about what brand product it was. They literally straight out lied. I contacted them with all of my concerns (even attached the written communication/lie they wrote to me in case they no longer had it), and I also offered to send detailed pictures of the quality so that they could see the type of product that their drop shipper was sending on their behalf. They were not interested in even seeing the additional photos. My only request to them was to let me return the products, and they provide a pre-paid label for return shipping (with them covering the shipping return cost because of the multiple false advertisings and misinformation). They kept repeating back again, and again, that I can return the products myself as long as I pay the return shipping to China (international shipping cost) out of my own pocket. As of today, 2 weeks after going back and forth with them, I’ve made zero progress in getting these products returned or my money refunded. STAY AWAY from this company – the absolute worst.

Een slak zou het sneller/eerder bij me hebben bezorgd. Krijgt geen updates of niks over je bestelling. Zgn Christelijk... tuurlijk, gewoon afzetterij dit. Zal me benieuwen of ik uberhaupt nog iets bezorgd ga krijgen... ik reken nergens op eerlijkgezegd.

Eigentlich Null Sterne! Habe im März bestellt und bis heute weder die Ware noch mein Geld zurück bekommen!
Ständig wurde mir per Mail versichert, dass die Artikel versendet wurden und ich soll bei Nachbarn nachfragen. Auf meine Forderung mir mein Geld zurück zu überweisen, wurde nur geantwortet, dass die Ware erneut versendet wurde. Und das nun schon mehrmals! Ich kann nur warnen: nichts bestellen!!!

Alles terug te vinden op Shein! Dit bedrijf gebruikt het geloof als spot.

8 juni een trui besteld en nog niks ontvangen. Denk dat ik ook niks meer krijg. En dat onder een naam van een christelijke organisatie.
