Can’t fault the food although delivery was a bit steep some items came damaged obviously that’s not frazers fault I would use again but £85 for delivery will see me go elsewhere I think

Kept my money for over a week and didn't deliver the goods.
Whilst waiting for the product that I ordered, I received a refund, with no explanation , even though a previous email had said that the goods had been dispatched and were in transit. I contacted them to ask what had happened, and they said it was out of stock. Surely in this age of technology they should not have accepted an order for a product that they didn't have, nor mislead me by saying that it was in the post. Not only did they then keep my money for a week, but they caused my animals to suffer whilst I waited for medication that would never arrive.

Excellent experience all round!
Good value product.
Quick delivery and the delivery company used by Frazers informed me not just the day they would deliver but gave an hour within which the delivery would be made.
The delivery was made when they said it would be made which is refreshing considering that some delivery companies expect you to be around all day!!
