Beautiful smell
Beautiful packaging. It has a personal but professional touch. Of course the smell is divine (tomato, basil, cucumber). And a little freebie to boot. Very happy with my wax melts. Will definitely purchase more! 😊

I'm a bit disappointed
I'm a bit disappointed, as I was really looking forward to experiencing this company's offerings after reading so many wonderful reviews and admiring their attractive products. I decided to purchase the Christmas candle, but its fragrance is barely noticeable. Now, I'm hesitant to try another candle from them.

Thank you so much for taking the time to share your feedback, and we’re really sorry to hear that your experience didn’t meet expectations for your Christmas candle. We completely understand how disappointing it is when you’re looking forward to a candle and the fragrance doesn’t come through as you hoped.
Our candles are created with plant based waxes (this one in particular is made with a coconut & rapeseed wax) and it's true that in comparison to parrafin counterparts, the scent can be more subtle, especially if you’re used to stronger fragrances. We do our best and try to create the best scented candles possible but your feedback is genuinely helpful and something we take seriously.
We’d really love the opportunity to make this right and help you find a scent that suits you better. Thank you to the team at Flora Lab for their great customer service. From the online ordering process through to delivery everything went perfectly. Not able to comment on the actual scents as the gift set is a present for an event later this month! However, based on reports from friends and subtle hints from my partner they will go down well. Faint smell
I'm quite upset about this actually, I was so eager to try this company given all the beautiful reviews and the pretty products. So I bought the Christmas candle and the smell is so faint:(
Now I'm not sure I want to give it a try with another candle...

Hey Frederica, oh no, this review makes me feel so sad :( I'm so sorry that your felt your candle was a little weak; we literally just had an email come through saying how strong they thought their Christmas candle was, so I guess every nose is different.
Just a few little points from me;
Natural-wax candles tend to be a little more subtle compred to their parafin counterparts, so if you're new to the world of plant based wax, this may need to be accounted for.
If you've got a big room or you're a fan of really strong based scents,I'd recommend a wax melt. These are our strongest form of scent and are ideal for high cielings, open plan living etc.

Quick despatch, lovely fragrant
It was quick and easy order and delivery. Love darjeeling delights filling the room (second purchase) although not impressed by scilian sunbeam, not impactful enough, was purchased as darjeeling delights was out of stock.

Oh no Kathleen, I'm so sorry about that :( Thanks for the feedback, I'll take it on boad. I do wonder at this time of year, whether we're looking for stronger scents, rather than the light citrus of Sicilian Sunbeam which could potentially get a little lost in amongst the stronger scents going on in our home. But good news, Darjeeling Delights is all back in stock now (p,s the room perfume is GORGEOUS!)

Bought the Solitude double wick candle as I had not tried this scent before. Beautiful quality candles with inspiring scents. The Flora Lab are my go to candles these days.
