Conrad was very knowledgeable and helpful. He handled my issue quickly and to my complete satisfaction. I would be happy to work with him again. His voice is very clear and understandable, and that can be an issue sometimes. But Conrad spoke well and very clearly. I was very happy with his service.

My agent (Conrad) did a great job
My agent (Conrad) did a great job with helping me change my flights with delta...he was very professional and communicated well. It took a little longer than expected, however, I think it had more to do with deltas internal IT issues.

Change of dates
On this day I called in because I accidentally booked a trip on the wrong dates and needed to change them. Onyx was sooo knowledgeable and friendly. He provided the best customer service I have ever received from the airline! I thank him again for going above and beyond to assist me!
