1 star is a little too much.. . 0.5 star probably suited.
The order took weeks to arrive.
The wrong size was shipped - ordered a Queen, got a single.
They want ME to pay the return postage for THEIR ERROR.
Having looked further, there are many many comments on the internet saying the same thing. Small sizes or wrong sizes. Long lead times. Terrible service.
This is when the providers of the social media where they are paying for advertising should read the reviews and stop them scamming everyone.
Mine two blankets are now going to be given to the local vet for their animals who may enjoy.

I ordered pyjamas which took 2 weeks to arrive. The website gives the impression they are dispatched from GB within 2-3 days. On arrival I notice that there are no labels in either the top or bottom of the pyjamas. Is it not a legal requirement for clothing to be labelled with regard to care instructions, composition of fabric, where they are manufactured etc? I intended to return them due to this but then it becomes apparent that you have to return them to Germany!!

I purchased a nightdress which took 2 weeks to arrive. The garment is poor quality and cheaply made. I wrote to the company asking why the labels had been cut out and here is their reply “The tags are intentionally removed as part of our design choice, since many customers find them uncomfortable or irritating to the skin”. What a joke! Unfortunately the joke is on us, I’m so embarrassed I fell for it.
Also why are there 2 companies listed (Fleece Blanket and Fleece Company) which are blatantly the same company. One has better reviews to confuse customers!! The whole thing is a SCAM.

Fleece is an apt name for this company. It took forever to arrive and when it finally did the quality of the king-sized blanket was so-so as was the packaging it arrived in.
I requested a refund and after some back and forth it was approved. Approved to return the package to Germany which of course made it uneconomical. Contrary to what's stated on the web site, their "Easy Return/Exchange "policy is nothing of the sort. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY.

Scam! Ordered, stated it was delivered! Response from them was "...sorry, if I didn't purchase insurance, we are unable to help you."

STAY AWAY....RUN....THEY STEAL YOUR MONEY AND NO PRODUCT DELIVERED!

The blanket arrived from China almost 1 month after I ordered it. The size was smaller than expected and in order to meet the measurements of the ‘queen’ size that I ordered, the blanket has to be stretched out. After a couple weeks of use the blanket is pilling all over and snags in the slightest fingernail imperfection. Not worth the money at all.

The company markets themselves as being located in Wyoming. The product ships from China. If you want to return the product, you must ship to Germany. Product needs to be returned in Germany within 30 days from the date the product was delivered to you in the US. You pay for shipping. They make it impossible to return.

I would give a fat ZERO. This company FALSELY ADVERTISES. Please do not be scammed. The full size blanket I received is no bigger than a small throw. They have my $60 & won’t make this right. Of course, it came from China, took 3 weeks & I may as well use it for a washcloth.

I did not receive a receipt. I had to reach out to get an update on shipping. The quality is CHEAP. The wrong sizes came in yet I paid them $107 for basically threads that would only fit a twin. I can not get anyone to respond. Next step is a dispute with my CC company. Their website says a 100 night guarantee - guarantee of what? That they won't respond?

Their “Queen” blanket is 3 FEET more narrow than a standard Queen. Customer service requires multiple photos and then gaslights and deflects blame. I filed a BBB complaint as well — do NOT trust this company.

Terrible. Much smaller than expected. Only one blanket arrived and it took 11 days. Paid for a second but still not arrived. Avoid.

Ordered a size XL in the pajamas. Bottoms of the set were super tiny and could never be an XL. I checked the tag inside the garment for the size and it had been cut out! I contacted the company for an exchange and they said I needed to return the current item to an address in Germany at my expense. Horrible customer service and will never buy anything from them again.

When I contacted customer service, I was told to stretch the blanket—honestly, who stretches a bed blanket? Then I was asked to take a video of it stretched, which I did, only to be asked to repeat the process again.

Like other reviewers, I was told I would have to pay to return the item, as they “do not believe they are at fault.” I have now reported this to Trading Standards and am pursuing a chargeback through my bank.

firstly the blanket was supposed to be queen and just was the queen size NO overhang what so ever. The product is made in China yet if you wanted to return on basis of size or any other reason, you have to pay for the shipping to GERMANY of all places. I since found the product cheaper just 2 weeks later and not a peep about a reimbursement. I would never recommend this company. Try another and make sure you get a BIGGER size. They should warn you about the sizing as well

I ordered a muslin blanket in king size. I picked it specifically for warm summers, so I wasn’t concerned about the thin material others aren’t happy about. But as others mentioned, it is too small. Despite measurements on the website, I assumed “king” would fit a king bed. It sits on the bed edge to edge with no drape so when you have two people in the bed you’re fighting over the blanket. I would return as their website says return within 30 days, no questions asked, but I keep hearing that people are being asked to send back to Switzerland or Germany at their own cost. I wouldn’t have bought this blanket knowing how small it would be and how poor the return process was.

I received my blanket. It's supposed to be a queen size blanket. It's more like a twin blanket you can't tuck it in it does not meet the dimensions that they say and after one wash there was a hole in it. I am so done with anything on Instagram I'm sick of the bullshit don't waste your money on this

This company is a rip off. The blanket I ordered does not fit a queen size bed. It doesn't fit a full size bed. They charge you for a full/queen and it is, at best a twin. And forget trying to return it. I'm angry I fell for this scam.

Delivered tiny blankets that were smaller than advertised.
They are making it very difficult to send them back and even then I will only be refunded a small percentage. What a scam.

The blanket was poor quality and the color was ugly—like a dirty bandage. Their return policy is impossible. Send to Germany at customer’s expense and it has to arrive there within 30 days of delivery to customer. I am embarrassed that I fell for this scam.
