Having known Josh for a number of years from his bodybuilding days, I knew he was a man of discipline and someone I aspired to be like not in a physical sense, but in a mental and emotional sense. Josh is a very cerebral person, his words are thought out and his actions are purposeful - these were qualities I sought to take on and implement into my own life. Josh’s approach is well structured and I was always well supported by his kindness and compassion outside of our sessions together.

I felt able to relate to Josh through my experiences and felt a genuine care from him when discussing my challenges - Josh is a phenomenal speaker but also a very conscientious listener whose responses are well thought out and valuable. Although our struggles have been different, his empathy brought us together and I never felt alone or embarrassed to talk about the things that were on my mind.

I’m grateful for the time Josh invested in me and would highly recommend him to anyone who is looking to dive deeper into themselves.

Joshua definitely over delivered! I attended one of the events he was speaking at and I was both moved and impressed with his wisdom, his insights and teachings.
