fast free shipping, only downside is the big packaging(no big deal), as I live in The Bahamas, and package is only being addressed to a freight forwarder, so the freight company charged more(like I said, no big deal, as nutrition here still costs more)

First response was quite dissatisfying
But the second rep. Handled the situation as it should be. I received my orders thanks. (packs were damaged but not a big problem)

I ordered with 2-day express shipping and it didn't arrive. It took 4 days longer than expected.And I was no longer in that direction
I had to call to have it sent to a different address. It was a complete hassle and they haven't refunded the money I paid for express shipping.At least they sent it very quickly to the new address and it arrived just in time.

A few of the gels in my order (box of 30) burst during shipping. TheFeed replaced the entire box immediately even though 5/30 gels were burst! 100% going to keep ordering from the Feed.

For the most part, everything was fine. Website is fairly decent and easy to find products. Shipping speed was good too. One major thing that could be done better and I'm not sure of it was packing at the product origin or at The Feed. Either way, it shouldn't have arrived this way. One of the gels had opened up and leaked all over all the other products. It was a sticky gross mess. Instead of getting the box of products that I spent $150, and being able to open it and put things away. I had a mess. The gel touched almost every other gel packet in the shipment. I had to figure out which one was leaking. And then I had to clean/rinse each individual gel to get the sticky mess off. Just way harder than it should've been. Pics can be provided. The faulty gel packet was one of the SIS beta Fuel that I ordered.

FedEx really messed this up. This was my first order with this company. It was some electrolyte drink mixes, gummies, & gels for my son who was training for the LA Marathon. My tracking was through the Shop app which is usually great. However, FedEx lost the first order - the tracking info. stopped at the FedEx Smartpost in Chino, CA. I reached out to The Feed and they sent out a second order. The tracking for it stalled in Henderson, NV and eventually updated but stopped again in Chino. It was delivered despite no notification on my end- my son confirmed that it finally arrived. Unfortunately, it did not arrive in time to help him with training nor the marathon.

Great selections, love I can buy singles of things to test out before buying a whole big pack. Great deals quick shipping and so many quality options!

After you make a purchase right. There are special offers that come available. And then you can select it if you choose. Like there's always one for mortal and I like that so I select it. But there are multiple special offers that I would like to select. But once I select one, all the rest go away and it's just a successful completed page and I can't select the other special offer.
