Damaged Products Not Guaranteed
About a month ago I had 2 orders (in a row) that arrived damaged and lost products. I sent multiple emails and pictures to the Feed only to be ignored. I thought I was a valued customer and the was a SatisfactionGuarantee. Neither appear true. I have continued to order despite my dissatisfaction.

Everything with The Feed is awesome
Everything with The Feed is awesome! The only thing I would caution is, don't compare The Feed to other companies that you like. If you do, you won't like the other company nearly as much anymore, because The Feed blows all of them out of the water with their metaphorical eyes shut!

Tailwind sachet hardened
One of the Tailwind sachets the contents were hardened...were not powdered....on saturday i used it adn at the time of pourin the contents on the bottle instead of powder there were like solid squares that were hard to mix with the water.......all the rest of the order seem ok

Someone hacked into my email and…
Someone hacked into my email and created a fake account, and made a fraudulent purchase with my credit card. I was able do access and secure the account but even after I reported the fraud they were going to allow me to make a purchase (I tested it). Then they do not allow you to delete the account nor can you get to a human by phone. They just keep directing you to their online bot, who directs you to write a letter by snail mail. Stay far away unless you love spending all your time trying to protect your identity.
