I placed the order 13 days before I needed them. Didn't think it would take this long for someone in your warehouse to walk to the shelf, pick up 2 tablecloths, and throw them in a damn box. Ordered for an important event which will go on sans tablecloths thanks to your ineptitude. Keep up the barely working!

We use Executive Advertising for all our promotional needs. The orders are always correct the first time, they get delivered promptly and the items never dissappoint in quality. I've found their pricing is the lowest around...and the one time I found an item that was on a competitor's website as a 1 day sale, they even matched that price. You can't beat their customer service or pricing!

I will continue to order all of our logo products from executive! They always make sure I'm getting exactly what I ordered with a fast turn around time!

I ordered from The Executive Advertising for an event we were having in my office. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. The product was delivered as promised and we love the quality. I will definitely be ordering all my future promo items from them.

The Executive Advertising Promotional Products are great!!! I haven't found anything wrong with their products as of yet. I've used this company three times thus far and plan to continue to use them in the future. I like that I can communicate with the company via email and usually receive an instant response.

We're using the recent items ordered as part of a Sports Fundraiser to promote our upcoming soccer season this year. The backpack is able to hold one 5" soccer ball and the Sports bottle that is needed for soccer practices each week. These Middle Schoolers will love to sport them as they show team/school spirit.

We chose The Executive Advertising because they didn't require a set up fee for printing our bags and the price per bag was reasonable. As an unexpected bonus, they not only used the font we requested but arranged the words in a very creative way. We were impressed! The bags arrived in time for us to get them stuffed for our participats.

I received great service. The office was very helpful in ensuring that I received my items by the date that I needed. The quality of the merchandise exceeded what I expected. I would recommend this company to everyone that is looking for a good company to work with.

I did some research on product I ordered and found to be best as far as price with this company... Super fast approval on order with our company logo and shipment came fast, as far as quality super!! A+++

I ordered "wooden" glasses and regular colored sunglasses for my camp. The glasses themselves are good, but the wooden ones are plastic and the wood design had chips and holes where the wood look should be. They also messed up on the order by not even giving us the wooden glasses in the original order and they arrived during our 3rd week late after their guaranteed time.

I was very happy with my experience with Executive Advertising. They were very responsive, did several revisions for me and their pricing was right.

I had my stain sticks personalized and received a proof really fast. Once I approved the proof I received them in no time at all.

I ordered from Executive Advertising. Had my order with in the week. As ordered and above the bar. The pens were a hit and perfect color and schema. I will order again with out thought.
If I were you I would look no where else

When I shop online, I look for simple, easy and honest - along with best price.

I looked at 8 or 10 other vendors for ceramic mugs - all of them were higher on the google search engine - and I nearly ordered from 3 or 4 of them, but I always dumped out of the order process because of something irritating. One site would not let me apply the discount coupon that they promised me. The other sites had ridiculous minimum quantities, crazy add-on fees or other annoying deal breakers.

TEA had a smooth ordering process, and a nice "simulation tool" which allowed me to view what the finished product would look like. This was key for me. But the real selling point for was NO SETUP FEE. Everyone else has a $45 - $55 setup fee, so I thought this must be some kind of bait-and-switch ruse that probably only applied to orders over 1000 pieces or something. But, nope. It was legit.

The one color printing also held the finest detail of my line art - I was very impressed with that since their email proof said they could not. They clearly undersold themselves on that point.

What would I change?
1. Let the customer choose a lower minimum order. I really didn't need to order 72 mugs. I only needed about 30.
2. Please explore alternate shipping methods that are cheaper. Your shipping was actually the highest of all the vendors I explored by $5 - $10. Mugs are heavy but $55 for shipping made me choke.
3. These mugs are made in China (which I didn't know). And two of first five I pulled out of the box had flaws so rough in the glazing I will not be able to resell them. I expect to find more flawed product as I unpack them. Although, TEA sent 7 extra mugs for free (to compensate?).
4. I wanted my printed image to be larger on the mug. Other companies can print larger and I think TEA could too. The technology exists.

Bottom line - I paid $2.80 per ceramic mug (this includes shipping) so, overall I am happy and would recommend TEA to others and order from them again.

We ordered these mini-car chargers for our trade show give a way. We wanted something unique but usable; something that the client wouldn't just throw away when they got home. Our clients love these mini-car chargers and we know that they will be put to good use.

Our logo shows up great and the product is shiny and beautiful!

I was not happy with the result of my order. I think training needs to be done with typesetters. If an area is available, then the print should fill it completely, not leaving any wasted space. Then….if the customer wants it smaller, it can be adjusted. When my proof was sent, it looked the same as my first order (which was perfect) but the print was smaller. AFter some negotiating, a good outcome was agreed on by both of us. I would certainly recommend this company to anyone wanting to advertise something with a handout.
