The Estate Agency Company sold land for me. It was a very difficult sale due to one buyer changing terms after the sale. The buyer was looking to start the work before the purchase was even complete. The Estate Agency Company relisted the land and couldn't have done more to make sure the sale was complete to someone who's terms were more acceptable.

Our experience with this agency was extremely disappointing. We were told we could not submit an offer without viewing the property, yet our own booked viewing was not honoured. When I called the agency to ask why the property was under offer and whether I could still put an offer forward, I was told to email one over — but I strongly suspect it was never even passed on to the sellers. If there truly was as much interest as suggested, the fair approach would have been to move to a blind bidding process to give everyone an equal chance. I was never contacted by the company to confirm that our offer was unsuccessful, despite the property now showing as sold STC. As first-time buyers this should have been an exciting milestone, but instead the process felt disorganised, unfair and lacking in transparency.

I went to view a property for sale in South London and was met by a surly, unpleasant man who said he was the agent.

We went inside and I asked politely why the property was being sold.His reply was 'because it is'. I asked him why and he became irate and said 'you don't need to know that'. I can only conclude that his rudeness and refusal to answer a reasonable question was because he was trying to hide something.

Fortunately the place was not suitable for us.

The agent said he worked for himself when I asked for the name of the agency. I would imagine that's because nobody would want to work with somebody like him,he clearly has an attitude problem!

My advice is to avoid this agency like the plague. They seem very dodgy!

I have been left wondering if anyone actually works here. I phoned up several time with interest in a propery, no one answered the phone and it went to answer phone, It matters not if it was 1030 am or 1630 pm. I left messages and no call back was forthcoming. I gave up!

I highly recommend this estate agent. There was always excellent communication at every stage of selling our house. We had a first class, highly professional service at a very competitive rate.

'The Estate Agency Online' was recommended to me by a friend and I am very happy that I chose this company to sell my property. Apart from the selling fees which were the lowest I could find, Lewis who dealt with the sale of my property was very supportive; he contacted 'buyers' who he knew were looking to buy within the particular area, arranged and also held viewings.
