The EPC Man Recensioni

Not worth the paper its written on! Everything was 'assumed' on several points incorrectly, which I assume would lower the rating. I tried to make contact with the chap but he didn't even respond to my email. In addition the link on their website about the complaints procedure had no information. I will have to get the two properties done again and walk around with the assessor answering questions to ensure the information is accurate and gives me something to work with.

Excellent prompt service and reasonable price, would definitely use this company again.
Thanks Guy's 😊

Olly Christian made getting an EPC very straightforward and easy. He worked quietly and efficiently and had a pleasant manner.
We were very satisfied.

Matt Fay carried out my EPC at short notice and within a short period of asking.
He collected the keys from Estate Agent, carried out the EPC and returned the keys within a few hours.
Excellent service and highly recommended.

Olly Christian was polite and informative when booking and completing the three recent EPC assessments for our company. He informed me on arrival and leaving the properties and answered all of my questions with great knowledge.
Natalie was also very polite when confirming the booking.

Olly was easy to contact and was happy to contact the tenant to arrange suitable time.
He is quick, the report immediately followed payment. Would highly recommend, we use him for all our properties.

Olly was excellant with everything. Friendly, organised, efficient would recommend him and Natalie very helpful friendly voice on the phone booking appointment.

Olly was really helpful, explained the process in detail and the results of the EPC. He was friendly, organised, efficient and I would definitely recommend him

Organised communication very quick, Olly extremely polite and punctual, explained everything in detail. Competitively priced £60

Excellent service from Steve the EPC man in Birmingham. Did what was needed at the price and within the timeframes agreed with good comms. Thank you!

Very easy process from start to finish. I sent Olly the details of my property, he very quickly organised an appointment and carried out the EPC efficiently. I would defintely recommend and use again

Olly from EPCMAN came to our home today to asses for a EPC cert.

He was absolutely brilliant, so efficient, friendly.

We received our certificate online within couple of hours.
Will definitely use again, and recommend this company.

I’ve been part of EPC Man network for 8 years with several areas in my name
It only takes a few jobs to pay for the year
A good % of my total business comes through Google searches that find my EPC Man pages

Matt Fay, EPC Man for Manchester area was brilliant. Good communication, prompt, fast and a nice guy to work with. If you want an EPC done in a professional way, you can’t go wrong using Matt. First class experience. Ours was for a commercial premises, and he does residential also.

I used the provider in Stafford... The claim "Order your epc direct from your local provider to ensure our lowest price" is misleading. A local provider isn't necessarily cheaper. There are much cheaper providers of high quality service (e.g. Openrent), so please shop around... And when it says "prices from £45" make sure to ask how much they will charge for your particular property before agreeing to the work because they will not ask you and depending on your property you could receive a bill 3 or 4 times that figure after the job. If they will not tell clients the fee for the EPC when they are engaged, they could at least have more transparent pricing information on their website that makes clear the incremental fee based on number of bedrooms. Many providers charge a flat fee irrespective of number of rooms. Thankfully won't need this for another 10 years but I won't be using them again.

Found the company online and both Natalie and Olly provided a very professional service.
Olly was prompt for the appointment and explained everything he was doing in a polite and friendly manner.
Payment was straightforward and the EPC certificate was received within 48hrs.
Would definitely recommend them!

Don’t expect an accurate EPC for your property - Paul just assumed building regs insulation for the property despite extensive architectural and contractors drawings showing far higher levels of insulation.
Cheap but useless “assessment”.

First time using Olly did 3 properties for me excellent communication from start to finish.. spoke to Natalie who arranged the bookings kept in touch throughout the process very professional and polite .. I would highly recommend this company to anyone needing anything doing if I could give more stars I would
Definitely be using this company again

Polite, efficient, thorough, capable, what more can I say. Would highly recommend them.
