I'd already worked with two different agencies before Emissary and neither experience was great, so I was pretty cautious this time around.
The thing I liked most was that nobody tried to overcomplicate everything. They explained what they were doing, why they were doing it, and kept me in the loop the whole way through. Areeba was brilliant to work with and made the project feel really organised without it ever feeling formal.
Not everything happened overnight, and there were a couple of things that took a bit longer than I expected, but I'd rather they do it properly than rush through it. So far I'm really happy with how everything has gone.

I've had a really good experience with Emissary so far. Before signing up I had a call with Danial and instead of jumping straight into a sales pitch he spent time going through my landing page and showing me where people were likely dropping off. It was actually really helpful because a lot of the things he pointed out weren't even on my radar.

After I got started, Hamza took over as my project manager and made the whole proces really easy to follow. He explained each stage, kept me updated along the way and was always quick to reply whenever I had a question. I never felt like I was left wondering what was happening with the project.

The new landing page came out exactly how I wanted it. It's much cleaner and makes a lot more sense from a customer point of view. What I also liked is that they don't just hand everything over and disappear. The plan is to let the page collect enough traffic, review the data, and then make more imporovements if needed instead of assuming everything is perfect after version one.

That approach gave me a lot of confidence because it feels like they're focused on getting results rather than just delivering a design. So far it's been a really positive experience and I'm looking forward to seeing how the page performs over the next few weeks.

I also added the copywriting this time and Anca is easily one of the best copywriters I've worked with. she took the time to understand the brand and the copy never felt generic.

I had a really good experience working with Danial and the team while getting my ecommerce store ready to launch.

My situation was a little different because I wasn't coming in with an existing store that already had traffic. I was starting from scratch and needed help building the right landing pages and product pages before launching. Liza, Alex, and Haseeb were all really patient with me and took the time to answer my questions instead of rushing me through the process.

The team explained that after approximately 30,000 visitors, they'll review the landing pages performance, and if the conversion rate hasn't improved as expected, they'll continue refining and optimizing the design until meaningful improvements are achieved.

Based on the quality of the work, the professionalism of the team, and their ongoing commitment to optimization, I'm confident the new landing page will deliver a significantly better conversion rate. I've been working with Emissary for about 9 months now and it's honestly been a good experience.

The biggest thing I've noticed is that they don't make changes just because they think something looks better. They test everything first, and that gave me a lot more confidence in the decisions we were making. One of the biggest surprises was finding out that a live chat feature we had on the site was actually hurting our revenue. I never would've guessed that on my own. We've also had a few winning A/B tests that made a noticeable difference to both our conversion rate and revenue.

I mainly work with Joe and Ward. They're easy to get hold of, they're open to feedback, and if something needs changing they usually get on it pretty quickly.

No company is perfect, but after working with them for this long I'm happy I made the decision. It's been worth it for our business.

Buyer/Employee Beware: Untrustworthy Management

This company is run on empty promises. The CEO and owner, Mr. Daniel, routinely misleads people and fails to follow through on his commitments. Do your thorough due diligence and be incredibly cautious before doing any business or working with him.

I hired Emissary Agency for CRO optimization after signing a contract and paying for their services. Unfortunately, my experience was extremely disappointing.

After receiving my payment, the agency stopped responding to my messages. The owner, Danial, eventually blocked me without providing the agreed service, an explanation, or a resolution. Despite multiple attempts to communicate, I was unable to get any meaningful response.

Based on my personal experience, I feel I was scammed and left without the service I paid for. Because of what happened, I cannot recommend Emissary Agency, and I would not suggest that anyone else use their services without exercising extreme caution.

I hope the agency addresses this situation professionally and resolves it, but as things stand, I cannot leave a positive review.

My experience with Emissary Agency was extremely disappointing.

I hired them for CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization) services, signed a contract, and paid them as agreed. After receiving the payment, communication became inconsistent, and eventually I was blocked and stopped receiving any responses.

The person I was dealing with was Danial. Despite multiple attempts to contact him and resolve the issue professionally, I received no meaningful updates or support.

Based on my personal experience, I did not receive the service I paid for and was left without any resolution. I would strongly recommend that anyone considering working with this agency do thorough due diligence and ensure they have adequate protections in place before making any payment.

I hope the company addresses this situation and resolves it professionally.

Danial and his team are scammers they send a contract and take money after that they just block you and all the reviews on trustpilot are fake I also have heard they hire employee and fire them after 2-3 weeks and after that block them and don't pay there salaries

The experience with this company is very bad

Our Klaviyo welcome emails and win-back campaigns look incredible now. My previous agency left us with terrible flows, took our money, and stopped responding. Huge thanks to the Emissary team for turning everything around. I'll definitely be back for more!

Extremely expensive agency by far for the CRO. i see the value of what they offer but i waited 6 months to work with danial and i know that he worked with ridge wallets and i am a direct competitor. but they straight up told me that i don't qualify to work with them and basically denied me.

Don’t do this mistake! Here is a breakdown of the performance (22 Feb - AOV $22) (Mar 2nd - AOV $27) (Mar 14th - $32) (April 5th - AOV $39) I did a very dumb mistake of working with another agency at the same time and they changed my offer and it wrecked my AOV build up completely. Don’t do this! If you are working with Emissary, give them time to ramp up. Don’t mingle with another agency or your dev team.

We are in the CBD game and honestly this niche is mad strict when it comes to scaling with just ads. So we had to focus on boosting conversion and raising AOV to grow through organic traffic and email marketing. Hanzla’s been a huge help through out the process. The site feels fresh, picking dosages is super easy and the new one click checkout is a game changer.

Our customer journey were completely broken. the cart had really weird upsell and no one was buying it because our other agency didnt do a good job and they just used rebuy plugin to make everything sticky.

Our cart performs better now, our AOV is up and hanzla switched us from multiple steps to get to the checkout to only 1 single click that adds the upsell in cart automatically and it’s one click checkout!

I have no complaints about onboarding. The cart and checkout processes were pretty smooth, and my landing page looks better than ever.

I will explain this in 2 small phases of how they work. If you have total 50 products, they will only focus on 1-2 best seller products first until they hit the benchmarks. Yes they work on cart, checkout as well but their main focus is best sellers and how much they can squeeze the conversion rate and AOV out of those.

They wouldn't touch any other pages until they hit their numbers. I bought a full website package from them. First 90 days they hit the target of 0.5% increase and around 18% increase in AOV. They started working on the rest of the pages after that.
