The course was delivered in an engaging way, that enabled me to absorb the information, I found the course tutor open and approachable and very knowledgeable.
Overall I thoroughly enjoyed the course and left feeling inspired and positive afm having learnt several things that I could apply myself.

I feel like Sarah was very understanding that I'm very busy, but she appreciates that and worked with me patiently; she still keeps you in check and gets you through. As much as Sarah was busy, her responses were rapid and she made aware that her interest in getting me through it was important, and gave me everything I needed in her feedback to move forward.
I would massively recommend Sarah Harris and her group if you were to take this course.
Thank you very much for this experience, it's been a pleasure and I have gained masses of confidence to push me further in my career.

I have recently completed my Level 3 Award in Education and Training. Due to life and circumstances I have taken longer than most to complete the award. At every single step Amanda and Sarah have been phenomenal. I have learned so much from the course and myself on this journey and engaging with this course has really built up my confidence. Overall it was a great learning experience and I would highly recommend to anyone wishing to complete educational training.

Great training and so much help with achieving the qualification. Great staff and amazing teaching techniques. Outstanding talking points that leave you questioning yourself and make you thrive to do better with the knowledge you have now gained.

I will complete my level 3 diploma very soon and I can share my experience with the training provider so far. Sarah is absolutely amazing teacher and coach. For me as an international students was extremely important the tolerance and her attention with so of the special business words. She was so helpful and important for each student in the group. Absolutely recommend!

I completed my Level 3 Award in Education and Training last year. It was a 2 week course and I really enjoyed it. I learned so much and it really built up my confidence. Both Sarah and Amanda were welcoming, approachable and supportive throughout the whole thing. Overall it was a great learning experience and I would highly recommend.

I have successfully completed two courses, with the EMG. An Award in Education and Training (AET) and Leadership and Management.
The course material was excellent on both courses, and this was often brought to life by Sarah the trainer who was always able to facilitate really good conversations between the learners, which really helped the overall learning experience. Her feedback on coursework was always insightful and helped me to focus on exactly what was required.

Completing the courses with The EMG gave me the confidence to continue my professional development at work and I have since secured two promotions. Now working as the Head of Change Management for a UK Police Force.

Over the last 9 years or so I have completed many courses with EMG and to be totally honest it has changed my career life in such a positive way that I couldn’t have done it without them. Recently completed the L3 AET with The Education Management Group. It is an excellent course offered by Sarah and Amanda of The EMG. Both make every learner feel welcomed and comfortable from the get go. Sarah, as the instructor, helps increase a learner's self-confidence with positive praise and constructive criticism that aids in building skills, knowledge and confidence. I didn't think I could produce a good microteach, but Sarah's encouragement made it possible! Thank you for an excellent course!

I came across The EMG when I was searching for some CV help. Sarah was amazing in responding and helping me, so much so that I went on to start my Level 4 CET with them and also completed my LGBTQI+ Training awareness and my IQA. An absolute dream to work with, offering helpful and constructive advice. I really appreciate the time and effort put into the workbooks as well as this gives the course a uniqueness like no other.
