what is there to like when the staff are unhelpful, the place is secured like a prison and you have walked into hell. I would like a lobotomy over dealing with this faceless unaccountable establishment
There are some things in life I never want to experience again, this beats my mum's toad in the hole. I adverted an attempted mugging outside on my wife and told the staff who offered no help whatsoever ( too busy playing on their phones). the area is beyond dodgy summed up perfectly by accessing the hotel through gates reminiscent of accessing Alcatraz. if you want crack addicts peeing up against the wall, if you want zero customer focussed service and if you are happy with putting your family in a dump then this is the place for you. expect no communication from the hotel or any realistic representation of what you really get from booking in the equivalent of playing football at Gaalatasaray. Do yourselves a favor, avoid it.
