I immediately emailed and immediately received a reply, Roisin rectified the situation and I received the beautiful deck of support cards today, also beautifully wrapped. Beautifully wrapped and recyclable wrapping. Everything is excellent quality (I bought the thermal blanket, mug , and hat),Very fast delivery. I love the fact that 100% of the mug cost goes to cancer. I’ll definitely be buying more from “The elephant in the room”,

Mastectomy heart pillow
Was searching for this heart shaped pillow and found a local company here in Cork. My sister in law was scheduled for a Mastectomy and needed it asap. Omg what service, added to notes I really needed it by end of week and should have added I would pay the extra postage! My mistake. It was hand delivered to my door this morning, actually couldn’t believe the service. Highly recommend Rosin she gets it, the urgency of getting something to help someone else. I’ve now spoken about her company and service to everyone I’ve met. Amazing thank you so so much x

Perfect gift
Easy site to manoeuvre around , prices were good. Promt delivery and beautifully packed. Got this for my childhood friend and she was delighted with it. A few tears were shed ( the hand made angel)and few laughs.

Excellent Service
We made an order for a staff member you was on leave and Roisin couldn't have been more accommodating, there was a error on the address and Roisin made sure it was dealt with and even when it couldn't be found she resent another package. Really excellent service will be ordering from here again!

Couldn't thank Roisin enough for her generosity and kindness for getting a parcel to my friend in Canada during postal strikes. Roisin went beyond and above. My friend absolutely loved the gift set and the oils have really helped her during her treatment. Would recommend these gift sets to all loved ones 💖
