I ordered some items, refused acceptance, have not received reimbursement after 3 months.
I ordered some items, then received a 20% off coupon for next order, so thought I’d order more for Christmas, I ordered and the coupon would not work, I immediately let them know to cancel both orders, and not ship, I would refuse delivery. They stated over an entire month they could not cancel shipment even though it had only been literally two minutes when the order was placed, then requested to cancel. I received the order and refused delivery, have continuously tried to contact someone to get my credit card reimbursed, now no one will contact me, after 3 months I am still waiting. For your sake, good luck in ordering from here.

Order placed back in Nov. 2019 and has not arrive as of 02/09/2020. Waiting is not longer an alternative.
Requested the full refund to someone called Sarah P. and not a single response since.
Total failure!!!!
