Good product - I'll be ordering again!
My puppy is really enjoying all the chews so far. So the product itself is very good. However, I was missing an item from the box. Although it took a while for them to reply to my email, both Samantha & Joshua were very apologetic and went out of their way to rectify the situation. Samantha even phoned to talk to me, which I very much appreciated. So I'm all set to order another chew box for my puppy to chomp through!

Great quality treats for your dog
Ordered the ears and snouts box, which arrived quickly and my dog absolutely loves! It's great to be able to order tailored boxes with a bit of variety not just one thing. Everything is great quality as well. Will be ordering more in the future!

Brilliant
First of all I'd like to say excellent service. But I'm most impressed with the knowledge the company holds, how the boxes vary for each breed. Also I contacted the company to see about my other dog and the knowledge of different breeds is great.

Very Happy Dogs
Arrived really quickly, nice presentation, box packed full of goodies. My dogs munched very happily and enjoyed their treats. Even my fussy eater Luna loved every bite.
