Scam, criminals who stole my money
I paid £67 for Grimm's Rainbow Large 12 pieces × 1. I received an email 9 days ago saying the item has been cancelled but not refunded. I will be contacting my bank and the police.
Ordered an item for my son’s first birthday, did not arrive. Phone number is tuned off, email does not work, WhatsApp doesn’t work… awful awful awful! Managed to get a refund via our bank.
Bought a £45 Jellycat comforter for my 3 year old off of this site. I received no confirmation email, tracking number, order receipt and the item never arrived.
I tried contacting the company via the email listed on their website but emails bounce back.
£45 down the drain - this is obviously a complete scam and criminal company, and I feel a bit stupid for not Googling reviews before giving them my money.
Avoid at all costs.
Order led Grimms rainbow and Grimms x staplestein disks. Took money straight away. A week later I received an email to say order cancelled at my request, which wasn’t the case. Still haven’t received a refund. I am not only just reading the reviews saying the products are counterfeit, so glad I didn’t receive them. I just hope I get my money back.
The product is of such bad quality, you could not give the product - lion to anyone. There is better quality at a fun fair.
I agree with a previous review this is a scam website, the lion came from China and no one is returning my emails

I ordered a Grimm’s Large Rainbow. It was shipped from China and when arrived was clearly fake. Wrong colouring, smells of chemicals, and has no branding on the box, packaging or the leaflet it is supposed to come with.
Sellers do not respond to return the item.

This is unfortunately a scam, have ordered a Grimm’s rainbow but I received a fake from China. The company isn’t responding anymore and will take it up with my bank for a refund. Avoid!
This is a scam company, avoid them! Purchased a Grimm's large rainbow. Item shipped from China even though this company is supposedly UK based. What arrived is a fake item, not Grimm's.
