I’ve been going to the same barber for years, so I was honestly quite anxious about trying someone new—but I couldn’t be happier with my experience with Josh. From the start, he really took the time to listen to everything I said about my hair, especially regarding my head shape and how I like my fade done.

What stood out most was how attentive and precise he was. He didn’t just rush through the cut—he understood exactly what I wanted and executed it perfectly. It’s genuinely one of the best haircuts I’ve had, and it felt so refreshing to have someone pay that level of attention to detail.

On top of that, Josh is genuinely down to earth and easy to talk to. The whole experience felt relaxed and natural— which really helped settle my nerves.

Really impressed with both the result and the overall experience. I’ll definitely be coming back to Josh again. Highly recommend!

Fast no fuss transaction. The company is proficient at what they do, and the purchase and delivery was completely painless in every way. I bought 25 x 20kg sacks of Country Blend solid fuel. It is a great product and now is the time to get some in for next winter as fuel prices (Petrol and Diesel) may put a big rise on products because of the Iranian conflict. Deal with the Dandy's with confidence!

I have been purchasing Agri sprays/other bits via the website for around 2 years now. Can't be beaten on price, product, and fast shipment down here to Galway. Only got to know Tom when inquiring about a generator, and couldn't have been more helpful, he is a true gentleman. Generator landed yesterday after ordering it late on the Monday👌🏻Staff were brilliant too, Méabh and Mark answered any other questions I had. I would highly recommend this Company to everyone 5⭐+

I’ve been a long-time customer of The Dandy’s and have never had any issues with their products or service. However, I recently encountered a problem with some solid fuel I purchased due to a supplier issue. The Dandy’s initially believed the supplier had resolved the matter, but unfortunately, that wasn’t the case.

While traveling back home from the UK late at night, I received a message from Tom at The Dandy’s. He assured me that he would personally take care of the issue the following day. In today’s world, it’s easy to be cynical about customer service—we’ve all experienced being fobbed off or given the run-around. Since I had never dealt with Tom before and had never needed to raise an issue with The Dandy’s, I wasn’t sure what to expect or what would come from it.

Well, I couldn’t have been more wrong, Tom and his son personally came to my home, replaced the faulty fuel with a replacement product, and even took the time to remove the old stock from my shed and neatly stack the new one in its place. This wasn’t just good customer service—it was an extraordinary act of kindness and genuine care. Tom wasn’t looking for anything in return; he simply wanted to make things right.

I honestly can’t remember ever receiving this level of service from any company. It was a rare experience that meant a great deal to me. So, I want to extend my heartfelt thanks to Tom, his son, and all the staff at The Dandy’s. The way they handled this issue is something you just don’t see very often these days if at all.

Because of this, The Dandy’s will always have my business for anything I can source from them. It’s the very least I can do to show my appreciation for the support they gave me.

Had a problem with some Steel Blue boots, faulty zipper. Contacted customer care and new pair sent very speedily. Well done.

Not the first time I have ordered from here. This time great product but unfortunately too big. Great customer service from the team and offer of alternative sizing or refund. Highly recommend 👌

Tried to place order here via debit card but they wanted an electronic bank transfer instea wouldn't go through but had invoice number with price and list of goods €4064 in total A week later was on route to bank to get transfer and rang to check sterling was at same rate goods in stock etc. They wanted €500 euro more, they had put up the prices on everything, 200 alone on the pallet of wrap. Tom McNally made excuses the computer made a mistake when clearly they put the prices up wrap went from 75 to 80 a roll. Wouldn't take the old price, you would think a deal is a deal after speaking to him on the phone last week etc but not with this man. Bad form you should value customers if you don't have customers you won't have a business. Pure Greed.
