Great certification course in the field of customer experience! I can only recommend it. The lessons are very well written, not too long or short. There are several study materials for each module, so I also appreciate the expanded options and education. I found the team at the CX Academy so welcoming and knowledgeable. I have experienced both undertaking courses in CX Certificate and Diploma and also in putting several of my team through the courses at the CX Academy which are a must for anyone in the customer care or customer experience areas.
I found the Diploma course fantastic, the ability to fit the learning around my work and life was a real bonus. The course content is impressive and more in depth than I was expecting. The fact I have been in the CX world for quite a while but still learned a lot is testament to the quality of this learning. Would highly recommend.
