Professional and considerately written..
Contacted Adam and explained my situation. He was attentive and listened to my needs after 40 years work experience. He valued this and supported the importance of my experience, which others were quick to disregard. A thoroughly nice man with the needs of the customer and a professionally written package in a week. What is not to like. Sincere thanks. Very happy.
