Sadly it was not impressive
Sadly it was not impressive. I had to rewrite stuff. I had no phone contact with them to get clarification. I had paid 40£ for a 2 day Express turnaround and it wasn't done. I had asked for the lower product as I didn't want an Link done and got no response. Sorry very disappointed in the product.

Hi Kerry,
We are really sorry to hear you were not satisfied.
We worked closely with you to ensure your CV matched the brief you provided, aiming for a skills-based format to support your transition to roles with less responsibility outside your current industry. This approach may differ from international formats that you are used to, but it aligns with the expectations of UK employers, which we believe will benefit your applications.
We place a high priority on clear communication (as is evident through our previous reviews), and offer phone, email, and live chat options so you can reach out whenever needed.
We delivered your CV and cover letter within the agreed two-day express timeframe, you reached out with some minor changes, which we were happy to review and incorporate to ensure everything was polished.
Regarding your order, we confirmed you had indeed selected a cover letter and not a LinkedIn profile, and both documents were emailed to you together. We have since re-sent the cover letter again and would be happy to send it again for a third time if needed.
Wishing you all the best in your job search! Please do reach out if we can be of any further assistance.
Kind regards
The CV Specialists

Great service
CV update took exactly five working days and the LinkedIn profile updates were fantastic. Only down side is that for me the submission process was purely written so I didn't have an opportunity to ask questions on latest trend, my background or what achievements would be best to include which is a shame. That said, I am very happy with the completed work.

Great service
Adam was so helpful in building my CV. I found myself back on the job market after 5 years and had no idea where to start with creating a comprehensive resume (style, structure, content, metrics ect). I sent Adam my CV and a brain dump of everything I’d done in my previous role. He created me a modern CV, that highlighted my skills and experience without any fluff.
Just landed new Senior Marketing Associate role - big thanks Adam, appreciate it.

The formatting is clean and easy to read, and the language used effectively emphasizes my strengths without overstating them. I particularly appreciate how my achievements have been showcased, making them stand out to potential employers. Overall, the draft is a strong representation of my qualifications and is a great step toward securing new opportunities. Thank you for your attention to detail and thoughtful presentation.

First Class Service
Long overdue a complete rewrite of my CV, given other deadlines and wanting it to be the best it could be, I chose to spend some money and get it done professionally. Adam was fantastic from day one and was able to ascertain what was needed. I have quite a varied career and experience which he managed to hone down into an adaptable skill set based on my target for applications . I'm very happy with the end result. I also managed to get an in depth covering letter and LinkedIn profile which has also been very useful. I chose the CV Specialists based on their strength of vetted reviews. If you are looking for a first rate service, look no further. Thanks again Adam. All the best.
