Fantastic, quick service

This is a truly outstanding shop. Who would ever have believed that a store of this size, stocking everything even a cordon bleu chef would require, is to be found nestling in the middle of the Cotswolds. Stow in the Wold is a remarkable little town full of independent shops attracting visitors from all over the country.
Crock offers an extra dimension ... knowledgeable staff who are attentive to the customer's needs and offering the widest possible range of products.
They also have an efficient on-line service. I required 2 kitchen craft packs of seven assorted magnetic bag clips. Some people use them as Memo holders but wait for it .... these are absolutely ideal for keeping the pages of hymn books in place for church organists and pianists who may have suffered the embarrassment of a loose page flashing by before their eyes right in the middle of playing a congregational song.
One pack Crock dispatched to an organist friend in Crieff who's absolutely thrilled to bits. The second pack was for myself but stock had run out. The shop manager Richard kept me in touch every week about the progress of the order and it finally arrived last week looking resplendent inside the bubble wrapping. He thanked me for my patience and even drew a smiley figure on the receipt. Outstanding customer service. Next time you are in Stow, I suggest you pop in and look around for yourself. You never know what you might find!
