I stumbled across this company…
I stumbled across this gem of a company while looking for something a bit different for my husbands birthday, I chose a decanter with matching glass, I emailed Clare with a question and she phoned me within minutes, she is lovely, less than 48hrs after placing the order it was delivered on his birthday and he loves it, I will definitely be ordering more gifts soon. Would heartily recommend this company !
Ordered two of the spirit bottles for Christmas, arrived earlier than expected even with the ongoing postal strikes!. One of the bottles was custom designed for a navy veteran, and when it arrived I couldn't have been more delighted with the design. Thankyou very much to the Crafty Black Dog would recommend you to all.

Company very efficient.

Exactly customer service when I order…
Exactly customer service when I order failed to arrive and appeared that Royal Mail had lost them. They replied straight away to my query. They made a second set and were ready to post when 1st set suddenly reappeared with Royal Mail and arrived safe and sound. Will definitely use this company again and I highly recommend them.
