On time delivery and goods as expected. My Dad was delighted.

I had ordered a leas for my dog and after use there was issues with it. Crafty black dog exchanged it without query really appreciate their customer service.

I have been in contact with Claire for some two or three years and have ordered on several occasions. Claire always puts in that extra effort to provide the product that you want/need. Her service is second to none and her aims and values are a breath of fresh air.

Excellent service and quality of products perfect. Customer service was fantastic to point they even called to check when my husband served as to make sure if he was under the Queens crown or the Kings, a detail that hadn't even crossed my mind. Shall certainly be buying from them again 🙂

Great product received from a Veteran. Took slightly longer to arrive than big online firms, but hardly by much at all, and this is clearly forewarned on the seller’s site. I was perfectly happy with the minor wait, knowing it was coming from a small business (and, again, someone ex-British Forces)

Excellent customer service. Glass Stein was delivered broken due to no fault of the company. Emailed them proof, they apologised and had a replacement sent the next day, free of charge. Top top company and will certainly use them again. 10/10
