I made an order on 3rd of August and unfortunately had to return my order which I did on 14th August. I had still not received any refund or notification of refund nor any update from cc about my refund.

3rd September emailed customer care regarding my return and received an automated reply saying they will be in touch as they are having high volume of orders.

16th September sent an email and again no response just an automated email.

I decided to follow the package back to make sure it had been returned to the company and turns out it was delivered and it was delivered back to the company on 20th August 2026 according to DPD.

I think it's awful that these companies can plaster there products all over social media and pay influencer to share and then we fall into the trap and cannot even get the decency of a response after spending money on products we have not even used.

Very disappointed.

My order arrived too late, I returned it and now they have completely ignored me and won’t give me a refund. I’ve messaged them over 5 times, including commenting on their social media, I will now need to reach out to my bank. AVOID AT ALL COSTS

Nearly 4 weeks since ordering and my parcel has still not arrived. Delivery tracking showed an address that’s not mine. I’ve had a response to say they are looking into this but it’s really not good enough from an expensive brand that pride themselves on quality service. I’ll be contacting my bank to reverse charges if the matter isn’t resolved in the coming days…

I was so excited to try the full collection. Ordered over one week ago with next day delivery and i still don't have any tracking information. Customer service team replied after 24 to say i will receive my order in the next few days,however, it still has not been sent. The order was for prep for an event yesterday so its disappointing.

I’ve been following Ashley for years now and have always loved her recommendations. She’s incredibly knowledgeable, honest, and someone I’ve trusted for beauty and skincare advice for a long time. Now that she has created her own brand, it’s been amazing to see, and of course I had to support it.

I use Cosmetic Consult pads weekly and absolutely love them. The products are so well thought out and you can really tell they’ve been created by someone who truly understands skin and what actually works. It’s so nice to see a brand built on real expertise and trust.

Huge congratulations to Ashley. I love supporting women-owned businesses, especially ones I’ve followed and trusted for years.

After purchasing item for my niece, I had clicked subscribe by mistake. This came to light a month later when I noticed money had gone out of my account. I cancelled the subscription and emailed explaining the error and they have cancelled the order and money straight back in my account. Niece also loves her present.

Love, love, love their overnight wipes. Definitely the best I’ve ever used on my skin. Only wish they were more affordable. Fantastic if you have an event to attend, makeup looks flawless after using these.
