As a first-time buyer, I was quite nervous and unsure about the whole mortgage process—but working with Oliver made all the difference. From the very beginning, they were incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and always happy to explain everything in simple terms. They took the time to understand my needs, answered all my (many) questions, and were always just a call or email away whenever I needed support.

They guided me through every step, from getting an agreement in principle to final approval, and even helped me understand things I hadn’t thought of, like future affordability and different mortgage types. I never felt pressured, just supported.

Thanks to Oliver I now have a mortgage I’m comfortable with and feel confident about my decision. I genuinely couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would recommend them to anyone—especially other first-time buyers feeling overwhelmed.
