So far so very good!
The introduction box of cat food arrived very quickly, complete with a lovely personal note from Sandra - and some samples.
The ordering process is straightforward, and the fees are cheaper than similar product elsewhere.
So far Mr Murray loves the new food, and is selecting the next order from the menus. There are so many delicious recipes that he cannot make up his mind!

Trial box was reasonably priced and had a good selection from which to find the flavours our cat loved. Great to have a choice of different textures as well as flavours. App is easy to use for selecting the monthly delivery choices. It arrived quickly, was well packaged. We are only on the first month but our cat is wolfing down her food, which at 18 yrs old and a fussy eater, has made us all happy.

Great guidance on the website, easy to navigate. Fast delivery. Love the personal touches with the hand written notes. My kitten has eaten every bit of everything I've given him so far, he ate all of the taster pack options no problem. Can't ask for more than that!

Fab choice of foods. My cat loves all of them even the tuna which he’d never touch before. Super quick delivery. Great communication. Highly recommend.

Well, their website is easy to operate.
Love the funny graphics, gives me a chuckle and amazed at the variety available, as our moggies are sooo fussy! Bit like humans really!
Only one slight prob...I have trouble opening some of the cans, so tight, ring pulls off. Can opener to the rescue tho.

Great healthy food. Had trouble navigating website so emailed customer services and Catherine went through everything with me and sorted our my order and choosing the right food. Would definitely recommend

Very happy with this company so far, my cat likes their food, which seems of very good quality. I like the website and it's very easy to set up orders. Customer service was also really nice and responsive via email. Would recommend!

I love the personal touch of a handwritten note to my cat included in my order. The wide variety of food to choose for my cat is excellent and I love that I can try something new each month with free samples. The pouch packaging is good quality and the tins are easy to open. I think the Cool Cat Club is the best for me and my cat's needs and excellent value for money compared to the other subscription cat foods we've tried. I liked the trial pack as it gave us the opportunity to try a little of the different recipes available and build a menu for Fergus based on his preferences rather than potentially wasting food that he didn't like

Our cats are quite fussy eaters but I wanted to try food with a much higher meat content and better ingredients overall. So far so good. They don't like everything but I will know what to order for next time.

We received a taster box and our little kitten was sold, we received lovely notes in the box with a welcome message and have had nothing but fantastic customer service and helpful updates with our monthly orders, would absolutely recommend the food is fantastic for your cat and the service is great for you! Tried this cat food because my cats stopped eating their regular food. Easy to order with lots of choice. Cats absolutely love it.

My cats are very fussy with food and as with a lot of Sphynx have sensitive tummy’s, they are loving the different flavours and textures.

My cat loves your food. That's my primary objective, finding something good quality that they will eat. That makes me happy! Great service as well. Can't fault it!

Amazon let them down badly but Customer Services were responsive and helpful and product itself is great.
