I would stay clear of their cold pod XL product. The inflatable ring around the top is of such low quality it deforms meaning the water pours out one side when you get in, and the cover doesn’t fit properly. This happened with my first one after a couple of months, this was replaced under warranty. I’ve had this new one in storage for just over a year, used it for 1 month and it happen again. This time they won’t replace it as it’s been over a year. Such poor quality, don’t waste your money.

My wife uses the cold pod most days and loves it, it seems to have an almost medical health benefit for some reason . She has also taken up cold water swimming at every opportunity.

Amazing customer service! The pump they had provided got broken (my fault) and none of the standard pumps seem to fit. I couldn’t find spares on their website so messaged the company on a Sunday. They messaged back very early on the Monday morning and agreed to send me a new pump free of charge. Outstanding customer service! I love my cold pod and was lost without it! Yes it is a very simple product but comparable cost compared with say a cheap paddling pool of a similar capacity from Amazon so not overly priced and mine has sat outside and in use for just under a year with no problems. Worth every penny.

I purchased the Cold Pod XL and absolutely loved it! However the top ring was not staying inflated so I ordered a new replacement. Bad decision, the next one not only had a top ring leak, the floor layers separated so there was water in the bottom I couldn't drain which made it very heavy and unable to be sanitized. I returned it for a third and again, both the top ring wouldn't stay inflated and the bottom layers separated again. Deeply disappointed.

The inflatable ring around the top is not air tight - there is an audible leak from the right hand side of the valve.

The union between the cold pod and drain tap leaks water.

The supposed next day delivery is a misnomer, due to the fact that their courier firm only delivers Monday to Friday. (Unfortunately in the hours most people are at work).

I'd strongly suggest looking elsewhere or buying from a source other than cold pod, if like me you are unavailable between 9 and 6 on week days, this would probably help with a smoother delivery experience.

Absolutely love my cold pod! It was easy to assemble. I've had my up in the garden for a few weeks now and it's so handy, after a workout I love getting straight into it. It's like having 10 cups of coffee without the caffeine. Highly recommend it for energy levels, performance and mental health. It's helped me with all of these things! Also looked very cool in my garden! :)

I purchased a pod and when delivered it was missing parts, and was unusable. I returned it and obtained a full refund.
A few weeks later, I received a new pod free of charge, with a hand written letter apologising for the previous delivery.
The pod was easy to assemble and works well!
