Cleeve Bookshop provides outstanding customer service. Will is always extremely helpful and if a particular title is out of stock he works hard to track a copy down. He has a proactive approach and is quick to message regarding orders that look out of place, such as multiple copies of one title. Would highly recommend.

Loyalty points are also able to be accrued giving further savings. Any problems or concerns are usually sorted quickly, effectively and politely with an e-mail message or phone call. Cleeve Books are certainly a reliable bookseller to be trusted.
