The best customer service ever and the products are amazing. I’ve bought many of the chilli jams over the years but my latest order was for the squealers. It’s just not Christmas without them.

I can’t rave about their chilli jams enough — the Hot Smokey Chilli Jam is definitely my favourite, along with the Reaper Revenge. I recently tried the Mango Bhutney, and wow, how delicious is that?

Delicious!!!!! Bought a jar of chilli jam from a food festival, finished it in one sitting so ordered a 1kg catering tub a few days later.

Added a free personalised note which I didn’t realise would be HANDWRITTEN by some poor soul. Not only tickled our tastebuds but has provided laughs to friends and family for about 2 weeks.

After my order was shipped to the wrong address I contacted customer services. They replied within the hour and were so helpful and helped me retrieve my parcel. Cannot fault their customer service, Simon was very helpful

My family has been a huge fan of The Chilli Jam Man since about 2012 when a little market stall used to sell his chilli jams in Colchester. I remember getting in touch with Simon when our local stockist stopped his stall as we missed it so much. I often joked that my daughter has such a fiery temper cos I was eating so much chilli jam when I was pregnant with her 😂

We have tried a few different flavours over the years but the Hot Smoky is our all time favourite. When our 3 kids were young, we used the milder Garlic one in their food but they soon graduated to Hot Smoky and we’ve been ordering the catering size for years as its exceptional value for money.

Ordering from the website is super easy, delivery is fast and tracking is provided.
