I ordered on May 17th. The package was delivered to my old address, actually left beside a tree in an empty lot by the delivery company. They agreed to send a replacement to my new address...it went to the old address AGAIN. The sent out another replacement. The shipper didn't move it for over two weeks! They didn't send me anything but a refund, yesterday. 3 months after I placed the order.

A complimentary container would have been prudent, on top of the refund.

This worked well for our border collie. Beside the large lump, she also had hard cartlidge in her ears from trauma. This trauma hardened cartlidge is totally gone. Yea!

If I could give zero stars I would !
I order over a mth ago and just received. It smells like cat urine and will not be using . I have emailed them 7 times for a refund /prepaid mailing label . NO one is answering me . It’s so frustrating .at this point it’s going in the trash !! SAVE YOURSELF TIME AND ORDER FROM A RELIABLE COMPANY .

I’ve emailed them multiple times asking if this product is cruelty free and the exact ingredient list, as this comes from CHINA which brutally tests on animals, and substitute whole ingredients with fillers which are subpar, substandard & questionable. They manipulate the shipment from China and relabel being shipped from Kelly Chen 1480 Howard Street Elk Grove Village, IL 60007.
This doesn’t sit well with me! I will most likely dispute the charge.

Do NOT buy this product if you care about where your pet's supplements are manufactured.

I purchased the Advanced Lumps and Bumps Care supplement for my dog and was completely misled about the origin of this product. Their branding, website, and US return address (Illinois) all give the strong impression this is an American company selling a domestic product.

When I received my shipping confirmation, the tracking number told a very different story — the package was shipped directly from CHINA.

This is not just disappointing, it's deceptive. Country of origin matters enormously when it comes to pet supplements. Quality control standards are not the same, and as pet parents we deserve to know exactly what we are giving our animals and where it comes from.

And good luck trying to contact them about it. Their website contact form puts you in an endless "prove you're human" loop and never actually lets you submit anything. I had to hunt down their direct email address just to reach out — and who knows if they will even respond.

I have requested a full refund and will be filing a complaint with the FTC and Better Business Bureau.

If you are looking for a legitimate, transparent, USA-made mushroom supplement for your dog's lumps and bumps — look elsewhere. There are honest companies out there that actually disclose where their products are made and make themselves accessible to their customers.

It took about a month to receive product. I no longer want it but they don't have customer service. I've emailed them at least 8 times and have had no response.
It's a scam, don't buy!

I contacted the company after seeing that this was being shipped from China (China has a history of using subpar ingredients in pet products). I told them I was going to send this item back and I wanted a shipping label. The email I received said they do not provide shipping labels and to rethink the return as it will be very expensive to ship back. The email also said they can assure me this is made in the US. 1. Their website specifically says they will provide return shipping labels. 2. I have tracking information that this item shipped from China, that this item had to go through US Customs on its way into the country from China. The person has since ghosted me and finding any company information on this company is next to impossible. The only thing I found was a trademark registration by a Jianfeng Sun with no location. Trademark registration applied for at the end of March 2026.
