They keep my money
I bridged 0.05Eth from ethereum to Bsc and they asked me to contact support. After asking colossal amount of documentation during 3 weeks(their response delay is 2 to 3 days) they decided to keep my money. Dont use it. Never again.

Horrible experience
I wanted to bridge a small amount of USDC (less than $500). Normally, no KYC is required for such a transaction, but it seems my transaction was flagged, and I was asked to contact support. Since then, I’ve realized that every email response from them takes over 24 hours, even though I reply to them within an hour.
Instead of requesting all necessary documents upfront, they asked for them bit by bit, eventually instructing me to create a drive with all my documents. It’s now been 10 days, and I’m still waiting for my funds. They’re forcing me to provide sensitive personal information, which feels like an invasion of my financial privacy.
I will never use their service again. I strongly advise everyone to stay away from them. They’re unprofessional, unresponsive, and this has been a horrible experience. Don’t make the same mistake I did.
Edit: It’s ironic that you’re faster to respond to a review than to my emails. You should use that energy to improve your service rather than focusing on marketing.
Edit2: When I posted a review about this experience, they flagged it as defamatory — but Trustpilot reviewed and confirmed it was not.
Worse still, I’ve now received a thinly veiled threat, stating that they "reserve the right to report this case to law enforcement authorities".
At this point, it’s obvious they intend to keep my USDC.
Use this service at your own risk. In my experience, it’s neither secure, transparent, nor trustworthy.
Edit3: No, the funds were not linked to any unlawful activities. Their software flagged it based on probabilities — nothing concrete. They even sent me a screenshot showing that, due to the long history of my wallet, the system calculated around a 5% chance of potential risk. I already provided them with solid proof of the fund's legitimacy. Now they’re demanding a detailed breakdown of the entire flow of funds — from my bank account all the way to the wallet that sent the crypto.
Yes, it’s traceable — but it would take hours of manual work to reconstruct, and that’s their job, not mine. I’ve cooperated more than enough.

Charging fees only from the exchanges
They gave me a deposit address and I found that the address is a Binance deposit address. So it means they only charge the fees from the exchanges using a Binance router. so there is no reason why we should use TheChange paying unnecessary fees for TheChange.

My experience on The Change Ltd was quite frank for me. As a new exchanger which I tried I managed to make a exchange and the transaction went well in a few minutes. However when I tried to exchange for dash it was unavailable for exchange. I hope the team will look on it

These guys have an awesome exchange. I like the rates here, should be one of the cheapest on the market and no hidden fees.

Got to try use this new website. Overally the site is quite attractive and is offering a variety of coins to exchange with good fees. I did swap a few coins to test and I liked how everything went well. The only thing I didn't like was to first add my wallet address and save it to the platform before making a swap. It ends up being a long process
