Chaise Longue Co Ltd Recensioni

Popped in to get some advice about recovering a stressless stool in a different colour leather. Polite, knowledgeable, most helpful guys.Even though they could easily do the job at a reasonable price they advised against it with a cheaper alternative…a pleasure to deal with a company you can obviously trust..thanks

Very helpful at point of order, prompt delivery, beautiful quality product….would highly recommend.

From beginning to end the whole process of having a piece of furniture made specifically to your own personal requirements was so easy. Every single request from our own design fabric to which type and colour of feet or how firm or soft for comfort we would like our furniture we were looked after and always advised of all the many choices. All we can say is THANK YOU x

Big choice of chairs and chaise longues and materials and designs. Excellent quality workmanship and very stylish. Perfect thank you

We’re delighted with our Chaise, and the process of buying it and having it delivered was top notch. This is a trustworthy small business making a high quality product.

From first contact to ordering my chaise their customer service is excellent. They couldn’t have been more helpful, sending many fabric swatches to advice on which fabric would suit for wear on the seat. Always on the end of the phone taking time to reassure. Delivery time was as a surprise as it was quicker than expected & packaged carefully. The delivery team were fantastic, pleasant & professional. I would certainly recommend them & will use this firm again. Thank you to you all!

The team are very happy to talk through the order before you place it. Real customer service and very friendly. Delivery was on time and professional. Delighted with my chaise longue.

Fantastic service from start to finish .We had six dining chairs that were past their best so chose the most fabulous material and Adam and Jon did the rest. We are absolutely thrilled with them and everyone who comes to the house is so impressed.Would highly recommended them.

Excellent all-round service, from enquiry to delivery. Love our new piece. Would recommend this company.

My chaise longue is beautiful, Jon and Adam made it all very easy considering I wanted to use my own fabric and adjust the measurements of the frame here and there. I'm so pleased with the end result, the finish is gorgeous and it looks amazing. So comfortable too of course! Thank you.

Excellent company to deal with; from the very start when I was discussing what I wanted, to the provision of swatch samples, efficient delivery service and of course to the finished chaise. The chaise is beautiful and well made. I couldn’t be more satisfied.

Very happy with our chaise Longue. Quality and service very good

Fantastic service from start to finish. Adam helped me work out the best type of headboard to suit the bed, ordered my chosen fabric and the finished item was ready earlier than anticipated and delivered on schedule. A rare thing these days to get such excellent service and I thoroughly recommend these guys.

Adam was incredibly helpful through out the whole process from sending samples to choosing the final design. Good turn around time and prompt delivery - the final product is beautiful and luxurious. Thank you very much!!

I am absolutely delighted with my Chaise Longue - what a beautifully crafted piece of furniture! All aspects of this particular purchase exceeded expectations. The options on the chaise were varied and met my antique/vintage brief exactly. The material choice was extensive and fabric samples came quickly and were a decent size from which to make a selection. The company delivered 1st class customer service, the price point is excellent, and best of all the chaise looks amazing. All boxes ticked. Thank you.
