It was amazing experience with the gift cards and I'm very happy for this kind surprise

I have been usung Card closet for years now and never had an issue with purchasing. I have now encountered a payment issue for the first time. I contacted their customer support and I don't even want to call that customer support, because I definitely did not get "supported". Horrible. but their "customer support" is absolutely useless. I don't know how/when I will get my money back as the transaction failed. And they are holding on to it.

This company is not a scam but if you ever run into any issue with your purchase just know that you're on your own.

I ordered an apple gift card from this site and I am unable to redeem it. Everytime I try it says the card is not verified. I followed the directions on the card to redeem and nothing. I contacted customer support and they just kept going in circles about the same issues but kept changing who the support was.

Hi my name is Brandon mansion and I was asked to submit a review unfortunately when I attempted to do so it said that there was a JavaScript error that forms were disabled in gmail. So my review started off as a four star and it dropped to three stars because of the overly tedious authentication process. I can certainly understand a merchants business since in wanting to reduce liability as much as possible and to safeguard their customers unfortunately for the customer experience it is a complete drag but I am an honest person so I decided to tell the truth about it. I would use this service in the future I am please with the service because believe it or not you are the first platform that I was able to actually purchase the car that I was seeking with no glitches no hitches so I do thank you for that and that is my customer review. But before I could post my review I got an email from a Ms Lydia with support explaining the problem and her solution which was overly generous so I have changed it back to a 4-starred review
