The Cake People were so very helpful when I was trying to arrange a surprise Cake for my son’s birthday in Melbourne. I live in the country so doing everything online was so easy, the website is very straightforward and there was a wide selection of cakes to suit his particular dietary requirements. The cake was a great success and by all accounts absolutely delicious, thank you team, you did a great job.

Using these guys for birthday parties for YEARS due to daughter's dairy allergy, and honestly from the the first time we were all mind-blown that a 'dairy-free' cake could taste literally even better than the real thing, as (being honest) that's not usually what you expect. Cake looked just like the picture! My son loved it. It didn’t taste very nice however. Sponge was dry, nobody really ate it.

I had to bring forward a special celebration and had less than 24 hours to organise a cake but really wanted something impressive. From the first point of contact with the Cake people, they were lovely, kind and extremely helpful. I spoke with Joanne- she called me straight back and agreed to make a cake in a rush. She was extremely understanding.
The midnight red velvet cake was absolutely AMAZING. The icing is really velvety and smooth and you can tell it is good quality. I dont usually like any kind of icing and cant get enough of this. And the ganache in the middle is so rich and delicious!
