The cake is exactly as advertised to look at and the flavour and freshness never disappoints - easily picked up from their warehouse and a wonderful family business. Highly recommend The Cake Prople!

Delicious! Breathed sigh of relief when it arrived.
The cake was tasty. Enjoyed by all with all different dietary requirements.
We ordered the following Green minecraft cake:
CAKE Size - 40 Serves | 7 Inch Diameter | 7–8 Inches Tall × 1
HAPPY BIRTHDAY plaque - HAPPY BIRTHDAY + NAME + SHAPE
We had 12 kids and about 5 adults, we had half a cake left to eat during the week which was great.
I would give this 5 stars because the cake was perfect, but only concern I had was that i ordered well in advance and a few days before the scheduled date of arrival I called The Cake People to check it was still to be delivered as planned, and was greeted by an automated voice mail. I left the reason for the call (please confirm you are on track to deliver by [scheduled date], and nobody called me back.
Thankfully the cake arrived as planned and I breathed a sigh of relief!

We completely understand your concern and really appreciate you sharing it. We’re a very small family-run business — just the two of us — and while we can’t always provide phone updates on every order, we always make sure every cake is delivered right on time, exactly as scheduled.
For future reference, we do have two phone numbers listed on our website: one is our direct line, which is answered during working hours, and the other is a digital voicemail service we can access remotely when we’re away from the kitchen or on deliveries.

The Cake looked beautiful and tasted delicious. All our guests loved it. The only thing was the topper was a bit broken when I took it out of the cello. Even though I was very careful. It was easily fixed with a bit of sticky tape.

Disney princess cake - not worth it
Honestly, the cake looked gorgeous however for the price, the size was a lot smaller than expected.
The most disappointing part, is that the cake did not taste good at all. It tasted as if it was made over a week ago and then frozen and defrosted for our delivery. For $100 & then $33 shipping - it definitely isn’t worth it. Won’t be ordering from this company again.
On a good note, the delivery driver lady was lovely!
