Beautiful wool blanket
Beautiful wool blanket, nicely packed. The only reason the one star is missing is because of the delivery that was quite lousy; I had amended the instructions, regardless, it wasn't acted upon.

I was so pleased with the first…
I was so pleased with the first recycled blanket I bought, I bought a second. Both are gifts. The website was easy to use, the turnaround time was great, both arrived in great condition & when they said they would. The blankets are lovely & I will be ordering more.

Brilliant Blankets
Ordered three blankets delivery arrived the next day, bought as present reluctantly gave one away and kept the other two. Beautiful and enhance any home.

Lovely colours extremely high quality.
I love this company. The blankets are expensive but extremely good quality. I was lucky to buy these in the sale so a bit off the price makes them more affordable. This is my third purchase and I wouldn’t buy blankets anywhere else. Lovely soft colours, warm, cosy and so lovely to snuggle up in. Delivery very speedy. You will be very pleased.

I’d rather be wrapped in my blanket than the arms of Morpheus !
Just one of the things that makes the shopping experience great is the very easy to navigate website. The wide variety of blankets in so many different colour ways and the prompt delivery all makes for an enjoyable experience. One very big plus is the good ethical thinking behind the whole business. Sadly, not all retailers can say the same. Well done The British Blanket Company. 😀

Very disappointed
I placed an order and paid a premium delivery charge so that the present would be delivered in one to two days ,only to find out that that I shouldn’t have bothered as the delivery is now late and has cause me no end of problems apart from the embarrassment of no present. Haven’t heard back from the blanket company despite emailing and contacting them on their website. Wish I hadn’t bothered. Very disappointed.
You pay £7 extra and it clearly says 1-2 days. No mention anyway in the summary box about aft3 dispatch. Totally misleading. So I hope after the kirt replies I got from them that you read in detail all the small print before falling foul of the misleading terms.
The standard replies seem to suggest it’s a regular problem. I fell for it I hope others don’t and read all the details about delivery not just the headline grabbing 1-2 days delivery for a premium which by the way is the same as the £4 Royal Mail. They never could explain that to me.

We want every customer to have a positive experience shopping with The British Blanket Company and always investigate fully on the rare occasion we receive a disappointing review.
I can see that the disappointment here arose from a misunderstanding about dispatch timescales. The customer placed their order on a Sunday and began counting the 1-2 working days delivery time from the Sunday. Couriers don't collect parcels on Sundays and our website delivery page explains that orders made at weekends are dispatched on Mondays. Having reviewed the information given, I am confident we've done everything possible to make expectations clear.
In this case, the order was dispatched on Monday as promised and delivered on Wednesday. This is the timescale advertised - there was no lateness.
I can see that we responded with a personal reply within 30 minutes of the customer emailing us and promptly corresponded further as they sent additional questions. We never ignore emails from customers.
We always strive to give realistic expectations of our various delivery options with Royal Mail and DPD. Customers can arrange to be at home, or have their parcel delivered to a safe place, neighbour or pick-up point.
