Amar has been very helpful. We placed a large order last month for customised water bottles and pens. We were very pleased with the quality, speed of delivery and communication with Amar, we placed a follow-up order this week. We needed this slightly quicker than their usual delivery terms, but Amar has assured us that he can make that happen. Very pleased so far and would use again. Amar is friendly, quick to reply and easy to talk to without being pushy.

Sam was very helpful and efficient and the branded purses look great.

I honestly can’t fault the service I received from Sam Lane at The Branded Company.

We came to Sam with a very tight turnaround and a fairly specific brief, and from the start he was incredibly helpful, responsive and proactive. When our original product option wasn’t going to work, Sam immediately looked for alternatives, spoke directly with his suppliers, arranged for a sample to be sent out and kept everything moving without me having to chase.

There were a few tweaks and challenges with the artwork along the way, and Sam was fantastic at working through them with us, turning around proofs quickly and making sure we were happy before anything went into production. He even spotted details that could have easily been missed and checked them with us first.

What really stood out was how accommodating he was with our deadline. Sam did what he could to keep production moving so we had the best possible chance of receiving everything in time.

Friendly, efficient, solution-focused and genuinely easy to work with. Exactly the kind of supplier relationship you want when you're working to a deadline!
