Not delivering and no answer from support

Ordered a tee which was preorder on Nov 7 2025 and which was preorder til late Nov but after 2 Months the order status is still only on "ordered" and the support is not answering my mails. It's just a waste of money

Edit:
After another Email today I got an anwser and a refund. It was said to be an technical issue which led to more sales than possible (which I understand).
The part that I do not understand is: Why do I have to write multiple Emails for 1 month to get a response and why they just cant send me an Email from their side when they knew it happened.
The refund part was fast tho so for that there is 1 star.
Everything else was mostly extremly terrible

Size didn’t fit. Had to keep the items.

Size didn’t fit. Asked for procedure to return. Only got mails with offers to not send the goods back, but get a 60% refund and keep the items ordered. This is not a real company. Don’t buy items they offer. You will be disappointed.

No return or exchange, don't disappoint your kid

So I am cautious about buying clothes online anyway because it's hard to judge the "fit", but my son is turning 13 and loves The Boys and really wanted some merch, so I took a chance... I read the reviews and ordered accordingly, but when the T- shirt arrived, I emailed them immediately because I knew it was too large for him (he may be able to wear it in 4 years too big)
I realize, my fault, I ordered the wrong size, but when I was informed of the no exchange/no return policy I was shocked!! Apparently now I'm just stuck with a worthless T and a disappointed son. I was willing to spend the higher cost on a t-shirt because my son loves their channel so much, but what!!! You have to guess the size when ordering online and then there's no exchange or return policy if it doesn't fit. I just threw away $35 on a basic T for nothing and my son won't be getting any "The Boys" merch because I refuse to support them by ordering another shirt. Just wanted to put a warning out there

Great and helpful costumer service

Great and helpful costumer service. I orderd 6 different items, both from the newest collection trip of terror, and from some older. The most important one here will be the trip of terror hoodie.

Everything went pretty well with that. I ran into some problems with the carriers (DHL and Postnord) since they didn't notify me when my package arrived, and therefor returned it to theboys.store. I was very panicked about this, since I would have loved to wear the merch for the final trip of terror video. But because it got returned, I can't.

Now, I have been emailing back and forth with costumer service, and she was so helpful. I was perssistant and kept asking quistions about how I could get my package back.
Now I will get half of my first order to be returned and the other refunded, since some of the items was now sold out/out of stock.
They could't send me the remaining items, (which I don't really understand, since the items where already packed and shipped to me in the first place, then returned, and now can't be sent back?)

I still don't understand that part, but that dosen't matter, because I found the trip of terror hoodie I orderd in the first place, was now selling as a pre-order on the website, and I knew that that was my hoodie, because I orderd it in a size Medium, and before, everything was sold out, but after my package got returned, they now had a size Medium hoodie available for a pre-order.
Now, I knew I was getting a refund for the hoodie from the first place, but now, I've just reused the money, to buy my hoodie again:)

None of this is websites fault, since it was the carriers who messed up. And I am just very happy with the costumer supports help, information, and quick replies. I will be buying from here again.

When I updated the costumer support on my new purches with the trip of terror hoodie, and the earing pack, their response was so nice, it melted my heart. I am so happy for these guys being my favourite youtubers, and haveing such great custumer service, she really did try everything in her power to help me get through the situation.
I am now one happy teenager, waiting for a whole two orders, with some awesome merchendice. And this time, I will be keeping a close eye with the carriers, to make sure I recive my packages this time:)

If you are reading this, and mad about something this website has said, take this as a note: Take a deep breath, keep calm and keep tryining. Yes it takes some time for the orders to come to EU, I have tried it now a few times.

Customer Support is a wall of bricks and the company is Greedy

Ordered the wrong size shirt because the item reset after I made an account for the site. Figured it was no big deal, contacted support the minute after, but noticed they have very strict and pretty ridiculous office hours of 9am-4:30pm CST. I ordered at 5pm, so I just figured I had to wait until the morning to get my refund. To my dismay, I get a message in the morning saying they had already prepared my package and were unable to make a change to it. In their return policy it states that you must make any changes or cancellations to your order right away. I did. It felt like I was having to fight tooth and nail for my money back (not even money back, i was going to re-order the shirt anyways) they eventually gave me the very obviously ai generated response of "eat sh*t." Said refunds even if requested right away are not guarenteed. Greedy POS company, never ordering from here ever again.

I love the merch and prices are great, but

I love the merch, quality is fantastic and prices are great.
The merch is limited release and can take time to ship, but this is to be expected with all youtuber merch.
they would have been 5 stars if it hasn't been for the huge price hike in delivery cost to ship to the uk.
I will definitely purchase more merch but i will be doing this in bulk due to the shipping costs.

Will never order again still not here

Will never order from these people again. Pre-ordered our teenage Son a hoodie and t-shirt for Christmas presents at the end of October. It's now December 30th, no tracking, no merchandise, no response. Absolutely pathetic. Save your money, time, and stress. As well as disappointing a teenage biy who is a fan of your youtube content. Garbage.

Highly disappointed

Would greatly have helped if your cancel order button worked and highly disappointed in your inability to cancel an order when an email was sent 5 minutes after it was placed. Their order fulfillment team should maybe train the support team how to be efficient.

Worried

I have ordered a hoodie from the boys before it was the glow in dark hoodie that didn't take long to get to nz I got updated about everything however...I have ordered the moist boys collab t shirt and I haven't heard anything the price converted to nzd is not cheap!

2 months and items still not here!

I ordered two items for my granddaughter on December 15 as a Christmas present that she picked out herself. It is not February 14 -- 2 months later -- and they still have not arrived. Try explaining that to a 10-year-old! Inexcusable. At the time of this writing, I am waiting for a refund.

I pre-ordered the sucker punch collection

I pre-ordered clothing from the sucker punch collection at their site and as promised I received my clothing after about two months which is a reasonable time as I live in Denmark (pre-order lasted one to two weeks and it would be shipped a week after the clothing went off sale). The quality of the clothing is amazing and it's comfortable to wear.
