As a frequent player in many casino's, I pretty much read the reviews but decided to find out on my own because sometimes the reviews are not necessarily correct. Not the case here! First, after winning over $150, I requested a redemption. Immediately, it popped up saying I'm in an illegal state (I'm NOT). Finally, it allowed me back in and I made my request again. It immediately dropped to balance after redemption. By the next day, the full amount was back so I requested again, which was denied. They then told me it was due to my requesting again when the initial request was under review. So why did it disappear, then reappear the full amount?? Then I was told that my initial request was under review pending 10 days. 10 DAYS!! Absolutely ridiculous and unacceptable. I'll consider changing my review after (or IF) I receive my redemption. It's a shame because I really like the game selection and rewards!

The gaming platform is decent but the redeemation time is awful. It's funny how you don't have to go through all the red tape in order to play. Monies are taken instantly. Redeemation is totally different. Per a rep once the account is in processing mode if you have redeemed ( which could be 1-3days, you still may have to wait up 10 business days to receive winnings per there T&C. That is far too long to wait on your winnings. There representatives make sure they beat you with " you agreed to our T,&C is basically there rebuttal to every question.

Boss casino redemption problems.

I signed up for the Boss casino and started playing 4 days ago I got my redeemable balance up to $200 and I tried to make a redemption I was told I had to pass verification by customer service which I did multiple times every day now for four days I passed verification and it still says my account is under progress the site is user friendly and very easy to use with good games but when it comes to redemptions they're not very good if my account gets verified and I'm able to redeem I will update my experience until then they're only getting one star.

Redemption is still pending and customer support is MIA

Im going to give them 2 stars. I requested a $500 redemption 3 days ago and it still says that it is pending. I have attempted to message them on the website and ask them how much longer it is going to take and they have not responded. But every time I messaged them before about something else, they responded quickly and were very helpful. I don't understand why they aren't responding to my 5 plus messages asking about my redemption time frame. I hope my issue is resolved and that I receive my winnings without incident, if I do then I will change my rating.

Got my redemption finally but they only gave me $250 since it was won from promo coins. But I cant complain.

The Boss casino is a rip off

The Boss casino is a rip off! I used my PayPal card to purchase, then I tried to redeem $100. I sent pictures of my card as requested, uploaded the PayPal account statement for the card as requested, they said they needed the account and routing numbers for the account,(which for security purposes PayPal statements doesn't include the account and routing numbers) I uploaded a screenshot of the numbers where PayPal was clearly visible, but they won't pay me, put the money back in my account for me to play and probably lose. I'll never be able to redeem because I can't choose to use whatever card I want, who are they to decide which of my cards I can or can't redeem to. They are a JOKE!

Refuse to pay

As others have said... I'm trying to redeem my winnings and every time they ask for more info. Now they're claiming that the card I sent them a picture of, doesn't match the one I used to buy SC, when it's the ONLY card I use for online sweepstakes! I even sent them a statement (for THAT card), and now they're pretending that they can't see the transaction with them, that's plain as day on it!

I'll update my review if they ever actually pay.... But based on my experience up to this point, there are better sites that don't have any issues like this when redeeming.

Another once promising social casino going down the drain…

They started off this year as a promising social casino and devolved into one of the social casinos that use back handed tactics to keep your money. They’ve now lessened their bonus packs even further to where you’re receiving 5% extra, and have INCREASED their rollover to 5x. In other words, for receiving a measly $5 for your $45 deposited, you will have to play $250 worth out of $50 to be eligible to redeem, on top of get your balance above $100. Some of these social casinos are going to run their own businesses into the ground tripping over dollars to pick up cents. What they don’t realize is if you give me 15%-33% on my deposit without an absurd rollover requirement, I’m going to deposit $200-$500+ to your website EVERY single day whether I win or lose. Now I’ll never deposit to TheBoss Casino again as it is. I used to deposit multiple times per week. Then I went down to once a week when they changed their terms, of which we received negative value on the single bonus per week due to the 4x rollover, to now likely not depositing again unless they change their terms back.

Moral of the story is beware of what you are buying here and inquire about bonus terms before you get scammed into predatory rollovers.

All of that being said, I HAVE ALWAYS been paid by TheBoss Casino which is why I still give them 3 stars. If they don’t add these rollovers to regular packs then in that category they are fine. But they should be putting CLEAR terms of what you’re purchasing and I refuse to give 5 stars to any social casino using predatory or backhanded tactics to swindle people out of money which is exactly what an unannounced 5x rollover is on a bonus pack.
