This is an amazing app on many levels not just the exercise parts. You can get great ideas for recipes instead of making the same old stuff at home. It focuses your attention on many aspects of your health. There's also an NHS discount. If you like JWs style on YouTube this app is worth every penny.

Well I’m astounded anyone giving this less than 5 star review. I can only say they are either lazy or dumb. Iv tried everything over the years and stuck to nothing and get no results even when Iv wondered why. This is by far the best. I’m 58 and I was falling to bits. I used to be strong for a woman. But lazyiness had made me weak and so unfit. So decided to give this a whirl. Within 4 months Iv gone from 10 second plank to 2 mins and more. I can actually feel the strength in my body for the first time ever. Joe starts you from nothing and gradually builds you up slowly. Iv just done the circuit 3 of the intermediate and I’m blown away at how well I did. Honestly if you are looking to get yourself out that rut then I can’t recommend joes body coach enough. I stick to it 4/5 times a week and it’s only 30/35 mins a day. It’s life changing for me and can’t ever see me giving it up. Best £15 a month spent.

Completely positive experience...

In summary:

It has helped me with my biggest issue which is sugar! Finding healthy treats to scratch my sugar itch every day- amazing

As a result- I have lost ( alot but not enough) body fat but thats my own issue :-)

The training is brilliant as you can do when, where you wish with or without dumbells etc

I have never been so consistent in exercise and well being in my life and cant say its fully to do with the app but have been sober 2 of these years which has pushed me to be more consistent in my training.

As for bad reviews on support-again long term subscriber and I have NEVER had any issues, always a response and always get a renewal / loyalty offer.

Sure you could do a lot of whats on the app on his youtube channel which is where i started also- but youtube ads drive me nuts and this is uninterupted

So for diets and training - 5 stars from me

If you are a big planner- then this will really float your boat

Maybe there was a software glitch or something for new users which we havent experienced based on recent reviews

same experience as many of the other review. app took my payment immediately but then i could not get into the app. its really hard to find details on customers support and when you do find it they don't reply so you cannot get your money back.

Taken my money but can’t get onto the programme I signed up for and going round in circles trying to get it sorted out

I'm going around in circles trying to sign up. It won't let me pay and keeps taking me back to the beginning so I guess I can't comment on the actual plan.

Excellent workouts and really great recipes and well structured programmes, though I tend to go freestyle. There are occasions when completed workouts aren’t recorded which is annoying when doing a challenge- but I just don’t bother with them now. My main grumble is the inability to pass on suggestions compliments and the occasional complaint unless you use social media. I won’t use social media. However, overall it’s an excellent app.

Love this app.
Requires discipline and commitment however even with bad days and things like Easter and Christmas (where I have indulged) I have still been able to achieve great results. It’s a lifestyle change.
Recommend to anyone.

Totally agree with the previous comments on here. Signed up for 7 day free trial and told they would inform me 2 days before it ended to remind me of the end of the trial. No Email.
My bank had a block on the payment so that didn’t go through and I went into the APP immediately and cancelled it.
They have just taken another payment 1 week later.
No ability to view contact them.
A real scam and so disappointed as I’ve always thought he was a really decent guy. It’s just a money making scam.

I downloaded the free 7 day trial and within the 7 days cancelled the subscription of £89.99,however the money was taken from my account. I complained on the app but was then locked out of the app as my free trial had ended! I have messaged on messenger to complain sent an emai to media@ mail box and responded to an email asking if my complaint was resolved it isn’t and responded to this effect, still not got my money back. There is no contact for customer services , total scam avoid avoid avoid

I’ve been a member for 3 years now, I’ve made a life style change and happy to say the programme works.

Have to say I surprised by the amount of negative reviews, I have had no issues with the app, infact it’s brilliant in my opinion and constantly being improved!

Same as others...could nor create an account, just kept going around in circles and not getting anywhere. Gutted as I really wanted to do this. Customer service was very unhelpful. Managed to stop my payment in time, so the search starts for an alternative 🤷🏼‍♀️

Unfortunately app does not work well in South Africa. Training videos constantly freeze so unable to use them. Such a pity as the recipes are superb.

Hopeless app. Similar position to the person below. Joined up and keep getting emails to tell me to get started but cannot get logged in. I left previously due to this and rejoined thinking it would be improved.

Well I've wasted £90 on an app that I cannot access and no one from support gets back to me about.

Strangely I get emails from The Body Coach telling me "to get started". Well I would if I could log in to the app but I can't.

I will have to try and recover my money via Google. Be warned Android users - this app seems to be designed for Apple devices.

Customer service appaling/non existent. I will not rest until I recover my money.

Have been a subscribed member since August 2022, I absolutely love the app, workouts and recipes, follow it every day. However, should you experience issues with accessing the app all of a sudden, customer service is terrible. You can't actually speak to anyone, you have to email or contact the 'Support Heroes' via the app. I had purchased all of my food for the following week but was then 'thrown out' of the app. Despite various requests, no-one has bothered to come back to me, I am really disappointed in this and just want to speak to a 'human' and have this resolved!

Firstly, let me say Jo is an inspiration and he definitely got me fit in lockdown. However, having let things slip since then I decided to get the app in the black Friday sale. Whilst the meals are good and the ability to download a shopping list is great, I do have one very big issue which has stopped me using it. You can only view the workouts on the app. You can’t login to his website and view them there. Now you can cast them to you television if your TV is compatible (usually less than 10 years old). You can also follow classes on YouTube. However if you follow the workouts of YouTube they’ll be out of sync with your plan and ultimately the app won’t recognise your progress. Because of this it still thinks I’m in cycle 1. As someone who is visually impaired using a mobile phone to follow a work is next to impossible and demotivating. I cannot be the only person with a tv that you can’t cast to? And really would it be that difficult to upload workouts to a website? I have now found an alternative app I can view via my sky box which is something I think Joe and the team should consider.

Very expensive for what you get, as others have said you do not get a tailored plan at all.
There were lots of spelling and typing errors in the plan and errors of ingredients on my recipes. I purchased the plan about 4 years ago now and it became so repetitive I didnt feel excited about doing it in any way. Social Influencer is all the body coach is.

Great programme, app and results, been using for several years now

This app is amazing. I find Joe so motivational and I love how he works out with you and feels your pain too!
The food side of the app is also great and very tasty with loads of recipes added each month as you go through. I’ve just renewed for my 2nd year and only paid £49.99, so it is also great value.
