Customer service after purchase was great. I had a problem with a game I bought, which was the manufacturers fault, but the customer service team helped me out.

My order is filled quickly. The delivery time is great. Puzzles arrive in excellent condition.

Item shipping was delayed by a day and then did not meet the extended time for shipping listed on the site. Usually this would be fine as I'm fairly relaxed when it comes to what I would consider a minor hiccup especially as I'm a nurse I understand delays are not life threatening and do not warrant getting upset about. However this purchase was for my daughter's birthday and I had checked the extended shipping dates before hand for this reason. I purchased another item and contacted the board gamer asking to return the unopened package expecting no issues and a friendly response.....I was told it couldn't be refunded because if was a "change of mind" despite the company stating yes it was shipped late; buyer beware. I shop frequently online and internationally and was disappointed by this transaction I felt it was unfair given the acknowledgement of late post even if it is a day what you state on your site matters to consumers. However i did keep the item to re gift as I has no interest in receiving a gift voucher. The board gamer have lots of lovely products but i won't be shopping here again given the importance of customer service to me as a consumer and can't recommend them . In sure the board gamer doesn't care as I'm just one small person but felt this time I would leave a review as I felt the customer service was disappointing and I would want to know.

Nice game, but a shame it didn't come in a tin like my old one did. Also needs to include a draw-string bag for the tiles. I bought it so I could use half the tiles with my original set, so that we can play with 6 people.
