Couldn't be happier with the two anatomical heart lamps I purchased. They tie our Baroque bedroom together perfectly!

Het behang zelf is echt fantastisch en ziet er precies zo uit als afgebeeld – een echte blikvanger in mijn interieur. Wat de ervaring echter aanzienlijk verpestte, waren de onverwachte extra kosten. Ik had het namelijk besteld inclusief alle douane kosten, maar tot mijn verbazing moest ik toch nog €84 extra betalen. Dat is ongeveer 27% extra bovenop de oorspronkelijke prijs van €311, wat het totaalbedrag flink opdrijft. Deze verborgen kosten maken het product uiteindelijk veel duurder dan verwacht, en dat vind ik echt teleurstellend. Wees dus extra alert op de bijkomende kosten voordat je bestelt!

I ordered in the Boxing Day sale, I received my items on the 13th January, perfectly acceptable timeframe inclusive of holidays/New year/bank holidays etc. the majority of my order was correct, apart from the lamp I had ordered, this came with an incorrect plug. Organised to send this back on the 14th Jan via Royal Mail, at no cost to me.
Did not hear anything from the seller until the 3rd Feb, after I had emailed asking for an update on the 31st January (2+ weeks after the return sent). I had an update saying it would be sent on the 5th February. It is the 21st February today, once again I chased this up after waiting another 2 weeks, with no updates, and have received a notification from DPD that they are expecting my parcel. I have not had a direct reply from The Blackened Teeth themselves to apologies for the delay at any point in the last 5 weeks since the return process started. Will not be ordering from here again.

What a great online shopping experience! I have been viewing products for The blackened teeth online store on instagram for a month or two as their products are my style. Couldn't resist their Valentines Large gift box for something a bit different for my partner. I ordered on the Monday before Valentines day, but was aware that it may not arrive before the actual day. However, it arrived the day before! I was so happy, as I was looking forward to gifting it. Well, I just have and both myself and my lovely man love these items! The candle, melts and room spray smell amazing and the wall plaque is gorgeous! Thank- you so much for your excellent service, lovely products and superfast and considerate attention to getting this delivered in time for Valentines day! Will order again! ❤️🖤x

Could not love this company any more! Placed my first order last week and when it was delivered I was blown away. I have a feeling I'm going to be spending a lot of money here!! Beautifully and carefully packaged as well!

I have brought from Blackened teeth several times now, I love it and there products. The candles smell divine and are beautiful in detail. Everything comes well packaged in black packaging and you feel like you're opening something really special.

I've read a few comments from others, and I would recommend reading the sizes of the items and having a measuring tape before ordering, I think there a great size as I can have more on my wall.
Also the customer service was absolutely brilliant, when 1 item my daughter brought for me arrived broken, we followed the instructions on what to send them and they answered the next day and sent out a replacement the following day.
All I can say is 100% my favourite place to shop for goth decor.

I bought several items for my daughter on her wish list for Christmas, The skeleton Table lamp was the highlight and she loved it. Items came in plenty of time for Christmas and were very well packaged. Would highly recommend if you love Gothic Decor!

Ordered a (very expensive) lamp shade and paid $50 for shipping. Received a box full of wall ornaments I did not order. Order slip was for someone else's order in a completely different state. The box actually contained several things I had my eye on and I was shocked at how tiny they were and how poor the quality was.

When customer service was emailed about this issue, their main concern was getting their stuff back and not getting me my lamp shade, which was incredibly frustrating as this wasn't my fault. It was around the holidays and their shop/postal office weren't opening up for another few days, but they made sure I had directions on how to ship them back their stuff. Once they eventually resent my lamp shade (fingers crossed it's right this time because I still haven't received it...) I attempted to get them their junk back that they mistakenly sent to me. Multiple messages sent about arranging for them to pick it up. They'd reply and ask for a good day. I would immediately reply and tell them the following day was fine and then it would be radio silence.

Such a frustrating experience. I still have the package they accidentally sent and no lamp shade.

Received 2 items which were of poor quality and certainly not fit for gifting at Christmas.

Sent an email to their customer services asking for a refund and for them to print off and send out a postage label.

Got a very short response telling me to just sent it back to their warehouse address out of my own pocket (in a resalable condition, when they aren't sellable in the first place) for a refund.

No mention of them covering the return postage (despite the consumer rights act, I assume they think it doesn't apply to them).

Will not use Blackened Teeth again and would recommend everyone steer clear of this company.

I bought a few wall items from the website and they are INCREDIBLE!! So pleased with the quality and designs and the speed of delivery! The items are truely beautiful. These guys are great and I'll definitely be ordering from them again.

Not often do I take time to leave a review but I’m literally blown away by my most recent purchase from Blackened Teeth. Recently had the Jane doe skull plinth delivered and I’m in love. Not only is the product really great quality but the service has also been amazing. I made a few errors with my address when I put in my original order (recently moved house) and the team sorted it straight away without bother - thanks! Think I’ve just found my new obsession, will definitely be back!

Fantastic products and have bought from this company many times including face to face and online orders. Good communication when I had question about their products. Highly recommend.

I bought an expensive floor lamp. It was pretty, but about 10" shorter than a regular floor lamp. That wasn't the problem.

They accidentally cut the wires in my floor lamp so exposed live and ground wires touched, creating a short-circuit which would have caused a house fire if my circuit breakers weren't reliable. They never apologized.

I was expected to find the fault, and - though they did provide me with replacement hardware - I had to rewire the lamp using inaccurate instructions. If I hadn't rewired a lamp in the past, I'd have been screwed.

Communication was poor. Sometimes they ignored me for 10 days. They also use scam review website judge.me to ensure they only get 5/5 reviews.

I'm the idiot that forgot the lampshade for the lamp, customer service sorted it out in about 10 minutes product is exactly as expected and was given as a gift and they loved it, in the most gothic way possible
