Friendly reception and Service. I chose a chicken burger with chicken strips, which was spicy and full of flavour which is how I like my food. My husband chose the Lonely Burger with a 6oz patty cooked pink inside, which is exactly the way he likes his beef. We did not select anything to accompany our burgers apart from a drink, so the bill was not excessive. The service charge, which was optional, was only 8% and is shared amongst the staff. Our server, Shek, was attentive and helpful and overall it was a pleasant experience. The restaurant was very busy which is recommendation in itself. for us it was a pleasant experience and we will definitely go again. This was the Regent Street, Cheltenham Branch.

Went to beefy boys in Shrewsbury....got charged £6 for 500ml of beer, ordered my food which was on the table within 90 seconds.....how on earth can a burger and fries be cooked fresh in that short time ? The fries where almost cold and the burger had obviously been cooked in advance and left warm on a hot plate....very unhappy with the quality and service I would not go back again

I was bitterly disappointed by the customer service at an event held at Hobsons Brewery in Cleobury Mortimer on the 7th August
A beautiful summer evening attended by a good number of customers who were there ,in the main , to sample the Beefy Boys food
I waited in the queue for a couple of burgers for some considerable time probably in excess of 30 minutes and when i reached the order point i spotted a small sign attached to the van which advised that payment was by card only
I do not have a credit nir debut card and when i asked the guy serving if there was any other way i could pay he was very negative even when i suggested i could borrow a card and pay on that when i collected the food he was not interested so i left the van without ordering and i most certainly will not be purchasing again
Poor customer service. Information should be much more obvious when there are many customers around

I ordered a father's day box, which didn't turn up and to start with they were great and organised another box to be sent out on a date of my choosing. I am still waiting for this order. The box was £45 and now have silence. They did email to confirm the 2nd delivery which didn't turn up. Please can someone get back to me as this isnt a good look for your compnay

Server that greeted us wasn't very interactive.
Food came out after a good 25mins wait time ,due it being busy in restaurant.
You would expect it too be hot However this wasn't the case with 1 meal.
Called server back ,no real apology for food being less than warm. The server i observed went to his supervisor / manager with the issue.
This person asked which table again observed by myself.
No contact or apology from him . Food replacement arrived less than 2 minutes after being sent back.
Reheated possibly!!
But once again no apologises or asked if Food satisfactory .

Far too greasy, far too expensive, average size burger & fries + water for 28 quid, we are tripping over UK burger outlets, no shortage... Your strength is not in your burger, your strength is in your clever marketing.... But never again... Expensive average burger.

Beware. Doesn’t state they sell Halal-certified chicken. Disgusting. Won’t eat here ever again! Halal & kosher are inhumane and abhorrent!

Super tasty burgers and great atmosphere. Highly recommend.

Hereford. From the outset the experience was very good. The guy dealing with bookings and walk-ins was polite even though he was extremely busy. Our waitress was Jesseny, excellent customer service and product knowledge and her colleagues appeared to share the same enthusiasm. Food was spot on, no complaints at all. Excellent place to visit. The contrast between this restaurant and their Cheltenham restaurant is noticeable instantly, we had a poor experience there, the Bath restaurant was good but Hereford shows you how it should be done. I would have given 6 stars.

Massive 5 stars for beefy boys in Hereford the food it's outstanding but to top it out waitress Sacha was absolutely incredible we was a large table of 15 for my little boys 13th birthday she was absolutely incredible so calm,happy cheerful her customer service was absolutely brilliant I could not fault one thing she went to lengths to help every single one of us my son had the best meal Sacha was the cherry on the top to a great meal.

We have been to the Shrewsbury Beefy Boys a number of times and the food has always been amazing!! One of the last times we went Ashley (Ash) served us and with my friend being celiac and having severe gluten allergies - Ash was fantastic. Really attentive and took time to ensure my friends cutlery and food was kept completely separate from the others. We will back again very soon !

Fantastic food, very well presented by Marianne! 10 of went for a leaving celebration in Bath and all really enjoyed the evening

Great food , great service from Lucy , Works do went down well, toilets were clean , food was delicious, Side were great and drinks were made well.

dined in at beefy boys in bath for lunch with a friend and can honestly say that we both left bellies full and very happy!

was greeted by Zeb (really cool and understanding guy) and immediately his energy and enthusiasm honestly left a nice impression on us. he explained how the pattys are made for the burgers, was patient as we were trying to figure out what to eat, and the food came very quickly and was absolutely incredible!

Ate at the new Beefy Boys Bath and was very disappointed. One lot fries were sent back cold and the bowl that was returned was so salty when I reached the bottom, it was inedible, burger was over cooked, bun and as burnt, waitress cleared plates off the table whilst members of the party were still eating, the toilets were dirty, toilet seat was broken, soap dispenser was broken and empty, soap bottle on sink had been filed with water rather than replacing with a full bottle. A £10 service charge was added to the bill and no mention of this bar all.
Very disappointing customer experience and we won’t be going back!!

Beefy boys Hereford is amazing! Excellent food and lovely customer service. Alex welcomed us and accommodated us despite being very busy. We did not have to wait long at all to order, and our drinks and food came out promptly. The restaurant inside and out is comfy and stylish, and the bathrooms perfectly clean.
We could not have asked for more, thank you to Alex and the rest of the team at Hereford! :)

They are fraud scammers !I never visits there store or country but still this company stole my money hacking my bank account in UAE-ABUDHABI at ADCB bank . We register complaint in bank and police . Hope we get our money back .

Wow, what a burger! Great food and atmosphere, the desert was also really good. Definitely will be back and would highly recommend.
