My Novacardix BP Monitor arrived promptly and I am pleased with theawesome.com service. The monitor works perfectly and is easy to use. For the money its awesome. However, if the batteries fall out such as when I have dropped it, all BP history is lost. Also they can never be downloaded. I have to manually update on an excel sheet. Otherwise I am happy with the purchase

Doesn't work well. Zero customer support. The manual says 'upgrade firmware on our website' but they have no website that offers this. Absolute scam, do NOT purchase.

Bought WiFi extender
Bought WiFi extender. Doesn’t extend the WiFi and further than the router. Wrote to customer support 4 times. No reply! I am out $80.
I do not recommend doing business with a company that takes the money and does not stand behind its product!

I have had a awful experience with this…
I have had a bad experience with this company. I purchased 2 wifi boosters that did not work. The have only offered me 25 and then 50% refund and keep the product! Why would I want to keep a faulty product?
They refuse to refund me return postage costs.
I now have a PayPal dispute against them. They gloat pay pal won't do anything to help.
I would not recommend them

J'ai acheté l'appareil mais ça ne fonctionne pas du tout en France et en plus il y a même pas la langue française je trouve ça inadmissible et un correcte par où pour payer vous inquiétez pas la langue fonctionne très bien
